ՌԱԿ 27-րդ ընդհանուր պատգամավորական ժողովը կկայանա Հայաստանում

Իր պատմության 94 տարում առաջին անգամ Հայաստանում տեղի կունենա Ռամկավար ազատական կուսակցության 27-րդ ընդհանուր պատգամավորական ժողովը: Մայիսի 26-27-ը կայանալիք ժողովի ընթացքում հավաքված ՌԱԿ-ի՝ աշխարհի 17 շրջանների ներկայացուցիչները քննարկելու են տարբեր թեմաներ՝ այդ թվում սփյուռքահայության պահպանման ու Արցախին օգնություն ցուցաբերելո ւ հարցերը:

ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանն այդ առիթով ներկայացրեց ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ուղերձը:

«Հարգելի Ռամկավար ազատական կուսակցության 27-րդ ընդհանուր պատգամավորական ժողովի մասնակիցներ, տիկնայք և պարոնայք, սրտանց ողջունում եմ Ռամկավար ազատական կուսակցության 27-րդ ընհանուր պատգամավորական ժողովի բոլոր մասնակիցներին: Ուրախ եմ, որ այն տեղի է ունենում անկախ պետության սրտում՝ Երևանում: Լինելով հայկական ավանդական կուսակցություններից մեկը՝ ՌԱԿ-ը մշտապես նույն տեղն է զբաղեցրել հայ հանրության կյանքի կազմակերպման գործում: Սփյուռքում այս կառույցը  մշտապես ամուր հիմքեր է ստեղծել հայկական ինքնության պահպանման և զարգացման համար՝ մեղմելով ուծացման վտանգը: Մեր հայրենիքի անկախության վերանվաճմամբ ՌԱԿ-ը վերահաստատվեց նաև մայր հայրենիքում: Հայ ժողովրդի պատմական կուսակցությունները, լինելով հարուստ քաղաքական ավանդույթների կրողներ, կարևոր դերակատարություն ունեն ոչ միայն սփյուռքում, այլև բուն հայրենիքում: Անկախության առաջին օրերից անչափ կարևոր էր, որ մեր հասարկության բռնի ուժով ընդհատված ավանդույթները հնրավորինս ամուր արմատներ գցեցին Հայաստանում: Կուսակցությունն անցած տարիների ընթացքում եղել է այս կարևորագույն առաքելության իրականացնողներից մեկը: Վստահ եմ, որ հ ետևողականորեն կշարունակեք ձեր գործունեությունը՝ ի բարօրություն Հայաստանի, Արցախի և աշխարհասփյուռ հայության: Այսօր առավել քան երբևէ ակնհայտ է, որ պետությամբ է ամրանում հայ ժողովրդի ապագան: Հայաստանը հզոր և ամուր է նաև ձեր աշխատանքով և համերաշխությամբ: Ձեր ներուժը և կարողությունները մշտապես պահանջված են լինելու: Մաղթում եմ Ձեզ նորանոր հաջողություններ և ձեռքբերումներ՝ հանուն մեր ազգային իղձերի»:

ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարը մաղթեց ժողովին կազմակերպված և համախմբված ընթացք և որպեսզի ժողովից հետո ՌԱԿ-ը լինի հայրենիքի կողքին՝ շարունակելով իրականացնել իր առաքելությունը: «Ներքին տարաձայնությունները պետք է մի կողմ դնել ու մտածել հայրենիքիհզորացման ու Արցախի անվտանգության և  պաշտպանության մասին»,- ասաց Հակոբյանը:

Արցախի լիբերալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցության նախագահ, ատենապետ Բարդուղ Գալստյանը նշեց, որ Արցախի ճանաչման հետ կապված ակտիվ մասնակցություն դեռ չունեն, բայց դա առաջնային հիմնախնդիրներ է: «Արցախի ճանաչումը նախ և առաջ դրահզորացման ու զարգացման մեջ է: Այդ նպատակով Արցախում նախատեսվում է զարգացնել տնտեսությունը. դա կնպաստի երկրիզարգացմանն ու խնդրի առավել ճիշտ և արագ լուծմանը»,- ասաց Գալստյանը: Նաև աշխատանքներ են իրականացվելու՝ ուղղված Արցախ-Սփյուռք կապի ամրապնդմանը:
