Ի տարբերություն եվրոպական միության, եվրասիական միությունը ձևական բնույթ է կրում

Արմեն Հարությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հայ հասարակության մի ստվար մասը քննադատելով և մեղադրելով տարբեր դարաշրջանների Հայ <<քաղաքական>> գործիչներին՝ մի երրորդ ուժի ապավինելու հակումներ դրսևորելու համար, այսօր երկրի փրկությունը տեսնում են եվրոպական միության կազմում՝ դրանով իսկ դրսևորելով նույն՝ երրորդ ուժին ապավինելու հակումը․․․ Սակայն ի տարբերություն եվրոպական միության, եվրասիական միությունը ձևական բնույթ է կրում, քանզի այն Ռուսաստանի ջանքերով ստեղծվել է եվրոպային ցույց տալու, որ ինքը, այսինքն՝ Ռուսաստանը, միայնակ չէ։ Այս կառույցը գրեթե ոչինչ է պարտադրում ՀՀ կառավարությանը։ Այն այնքան ձևական է, որ Ռուսները Հայաստանի կառավարությունից չպահանջեցին օգնել իրենց ռուս-վրացական պատերազմի ժամանակ։ Մի խոսքով, այս քաղաքական դաշինքում Հայաստանը անկախ է և տնտեսապես, և քաղաքականապես այն աստիճան, որ ՀՀ իշխանություները բացահայտորեն երկակի խաղ են խաղում և եվրոպայի, և Ռուսների հետ, իհարկե, չգիտակցելով այդ անիմաստ խաղերի վտանգավորությունը, չհասկանալով, որ իզուր ժամանակ ու միջոցներ են վատնում, որոնք կարող էին ծախսել բանակում կարգապահությունն ամրապնդելու և նոր սպառազինություն ձեռք բերելու համար։ Ընդ որում, ՀՀ իշխանությունները այդ խաղերը խաղում են ինչպես երեխաները․ պարզապես հաճելի է՝ գնալ միջազգային հանդիպումների, ընդունելությունների, զրուցել մեծ տերությունների ղեկավարների հետ, որտեղ իրենց զգում են ավելի մեծ, ավելի հզոր, ավելի փառահեղ՝ դրանով փորձելով իմաստավորել իրենց քաղաքական դժգույն գործունեությունը․․․ Կարճ ասած, ոչինչ երկրի համար, ոչինչ ժողովրդի համար․ ամեն ինչ հանուն հաճույքների, ամեն ինչ հանուն փառահեղ ինքնացուցադրման․․․ Եվրոպական միությունը էապես տարբերվում է։ ԵՎրոպային մեր երկիրը պետք է ընդամենը որպես շուկա, որտեղ նրանք պետք է վաճառեն իրենց հնացած մեքենաները և այլն․․․ ԵՎրոպան ամեն ինչ արել է և անելու է, որ ՀՀ-ում չզարգանա ծանր արդյունաբերությունը, որ մեր երկիրը մնա կիսաֆեոդալական երկրի պես մի բան, որ հեշտորեն վերահսկվի ֆեոդալ-օլիգարխների կողմից․․․ Սա քաղաքականապես և տնտեսապես․․․ Բարոյականության տեսակետից՝ նրանք պահանջում են ազատություն բոլոր աղանդներին, սեռական փոքրամասնություններին, որոնք գնալով դառնալու են մեծամասնություն և այդպիսով փոշիացնելու այն, որը կրելով իր մեջ ժողովուրդը պահպանում է իր ինքնությունը։ Դա Ընտանիքն է․․․
