Մարիուխուանան թաքցրել էր տան նկուղում

Ավան եվ Նոր-Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ քաղաքացու տան նկուղում ոստիկանների կողմից թմրանյութեր հայտնաբերելու փաստի առթիվ:

Ըստ Դատական տեղեկատավական համակարգի՝ Արթուր Խաչատրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա առանց իրացնելու նպատակի, անձնական գործածման համար, Արարատի մարզի Այնթապ համայնքի ջրանցքի տարածքում աճած կանեփի թփերից քաղելու եղանակով, ձեռք է բերել մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոց: Այնուհետեւ Երեւան քաղաքի Նոր Նորքի 7 զանգ. 35 շենքի հետնամասի իրեն պատկանող նկուղում չորացնելու եւ մանրացնելու եղանակով պատրաստել ու իր մոտ ապօրինի պահել է մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոց, որի մի մասը լցրել է ապակյա գլանակների եւ դրանց ամրացված պոլիմերային տարաների մեջ ու նշված նկուղում գործածել է ծխելու միջոցով, իսկ մյուս մասը՝ 2.24 գրամ քաշով մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոցը լցրել է թղթի մեջ եւ դրել նկուղի սեղանի վրա, որոնք հայտնաբերվել են ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից՝ հիշյալ նկուղում կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ:

Արթուր Խաչատրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 268-րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով, որը նախատեսում է  առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով կալանք, կամ առավելագույնը մեկ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում: 

Նախկինում դատվածություն ունեցող քաղաքացուն ստորագրությամբ բաց են թողել: 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ,քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
