Քայլ առ քայլ մոտենում ենք 2016 թվականի ուսումնական տարվա ավարտին: Սովորության համաձայն Վերջին զանգի օրը նշվում է բավականին մեծ ճոխությամբ: Շատ հաճախ, սակայն, դպրոցներում նկատվում են որոշակի կոռուպցիոն ռիսկեր: Այստեղ, բնականաբար, մեծ անելիք ունի պետությունն ու առաջին հերթին Կրթության ու Գիտության նախարարությունը: Լևոն Մկրտչյանի խոսքով հրապարակային բոլոր մեթոդները օգտագործվել են Վերջին զանգին կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերից խուսափելու համար:
Նախարարի փոխանցմամբ երեկ էլ շրջանավարտները գնացել էին նախարարություն ակցիայով, թե ինչու՞ թույլ չեն տալիս անել վերջին զանգ: Ամբողջ դասարանը հավաքվել գնացել և բողքում էր, թե ինչու վերջին զանգ չպետք է անել:
Կասկածից վեր է, որ նմանատիպ քայլերի ետևում կանգնած են դպրոցի ուսուցիչները, ովքեր փորձում են թաքնվել աշակերտների թիկունքում: Աշակերտների մոտ լարված տրամադրություններ են. պատրաստվում են բուհական ընդունելության քննություններին: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, նրանք ժամանակ ունեի՞ն գնալու ԿԳ նախարարություն, էլ չեմ ասում ցույց անելու մասին: Աշակերտներից շատերն էլ հազիվ թե իմանային այդ կառույցի կոորդինատները:
Անընդունելի է, որ դպրոցի ուսուցիչները դրդում են աշակերտներին անիմաստ ակցիաների:
