ՀՀ կառավարությունը կողմ է ԱՊՀ շրջանակում համագործակցության զարգացմանը

ՀՀ կառավարությունն ընդունեց ԱՊՀ շրջանակում համագործակցությանը վերաբերող մի շարք որոշումներ: Մասնավորապես, գործադիրը համաձայնություն տվեց «ԱՊՀ պետությունների էլեկտրաէներգետիկ օբյեկտներում վթարների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման մասին» համաձայնագրի կնքման առաջարկությանը: ՀՀ էներգետիկայի նախարար Լևոն Յոլյանը նշեց, որ համաձայնագիրը կնպաստի ԱՊՀ անդամ-պետությունների էլեկտրաէներգետիկական օբյեկտներում համակարգայ ին կամ այլ բնույթի հակավթարային միջոցառումների մշակմանը և վթարների կանխարգելմանը, էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգերի էներգետիկ անվտանգության մակարդակի և հուսալիության բարձրացմանը:

«Համաձայնագրով նախատեսված նպատակների համար կողմերն իրականացնելու են էլեկտրաէներգետիկական օբյեկտներում վթարների մասին տեղեկատվության միջպետական փոխանակում»,- ասաց Յոլյանը:  

Կառավարությունը համաձայնություն տվեց նաև «Էլեկտրաէներգետիկայի բնագավառում մասնագիտական կրթության ոլորտում ԱՊՀ պետությունների համագործակցության մասին» համաձայնագրի կնքման առաջարկությանը: Համաձայնագիրն ուղղված է էլեկտրաէներգետիկական բնագավառում մասնագիտական պատրաստման և վերապատրաստման բարձրացմանը, և այդ նպատակով բազային ուսումնական հաստատությունների համար ընդհանուր սկզբունքների և հիմնական պահանջների մշակմանը, նշված բնագավառում ազգային օրենսդրությունների հարմոնիզացիային և ԱՊՀ պետությունների համար անհրաժեշտ իրավաբան հենքի ստեղծմանը՝ ապահովելու ուսուցման և վերապատրաստման վկայագրերի համարժեք փոխճանաչումը: 

Գործադիրը համաձայնություն տվեց նաև «Ռադիոակտիվ աղբյուրների տեղափոխման հարցերով ԱՊՀ պետությունների տեղեկատվական փոխգործակցության մասին», «ԱՊՀ զինված ուժերի շահերից բխող երկրատարածական տեղեկատվության փոխանակման ոլորտում համագործակցության մասին» համաձայնագրերին, «Ազատ առևտրի գոտու մասին» 2011 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 18-ի պայմանագրի մասնակից պետությունների միջև պետական գնումների կարգավորման կանոնների և ընթացակարգերի մասին» արձանագրության կնքման առաջարկությանը:
