Այսօր լուրեր տարածվեցին, որ 30-ամյա Էմբեր Հերդը ապահարզան է պահանջել 52-ամյա Ջոնի Դեպից 15 ամսվա ամուսնական կյանքից հետո: Դեպի մայրը մայիսի 20-ին է մահացել ու դրանից ուղիղ երկու օր անց դերասանուհին դիմել է ապահարզանի համար՝ առանց նախապես քննարկելով այդ հարցը Ջոննիի հետ:
TMZ-ը գրում է, որ հոլիվուդյան դերասանի ընտանիքը ատում էր նրա երիտասարդ կնոջը՝ համարելով, որ նրան «Կարիբյան ծովահենները» ֆիլմի հերոսից միայն փող ու փառք էր պետք: Դերասանի հանգուցյալ մայրը, երկու քույրերն ու դեռահաս երեխաները բառացիորեն ատում էին Էմբեր Հերդին: Նրանք համարում էին, որ Հերդը Դեպին վերաբերվում է «աղբի նման»:
Ուշագրավ է, որ հոլիվուդյան դերասանը միշտ մտերիմ է եղել մոր հետ: Սակայն Էմբերի հետ ամուսնությունից հետո Ջոննին այլեւս տեսակցության չէր գնում նրան: Նրանք գրեթե մեկ տարի չէին հանդիպել, մինչեւ Բեթթի Սյուն տեղափոխվեց որդու մոտ: Եվ իբրեւ նրանք երկուսն էլ Էնբերին էին մեղադրում, որ թույլ չի տալիս իրենց հանդիպել:
