Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն բանակցությունները կավարտվեն խելամիտ ժամկետներում: Բանակցությունների մեկնարկի ժամանակ ժամկետներ չեն դրվել` բանակցության կողմերի վրա ճնշում չգործադրելու համար: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում նշեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Նազարյանը: «Նալբանդյանն ու Մոգերինին բանակցությունների մեկնարկի ժամանակ  նշել են, որ ժամկետներ չեն դրվում` բանակցության կողմերի վր ա ճնշում չգործադրելու համար: Խոսքը գնում է խելամիտ ժամկետներում այդ գործընթացը ավելարտելու մասին, ամեն ինչ կախված կլինի բանակցությունների դինամիկայից»,-ավելացրեց ԱԳ փոխնախարարը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Պյոտր Սվիտալսկու այն հայտարարությանը, թե «որոշակի խոչընդոտներ կան Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն իրավական նոր փաստաթղթի բանակացային գործընթացում», Կարեն Նազարյանը նշեց, որ միջազգային պայմանագրերի պրակտիկայով և բանակցային փորձի ավանդույթի համաձայն` բանակցային գործընթացում կողմերը որոշակի զգուշավորություն են պահպանում: Դա անհրաժեշտ է բանակցությունների համար առավել ազատ ու արդյունավետ միջավայր ստեղծելու համար: «Ես չգիտեմ` ինչ բարդությունների մասին է խոսում պարոն ՍվիտաÕ �սկին: Բնականաբար, բանակցային գործընթացի վերաբերյալ կարող են լինել տարբերակված մոտեցումներ, մեկնաբանություններ այս կամ այն դրույթի վերաբերյալ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ասաց Կարեն Նազարյանը: Փոխնախարարը հայտնեց, որ Սվիտալսկին ոչ բոլոր հանդիպումներին է մասնակցել և գուցե նրա բացակայությունն է  նման հայտարարության պատճառ եղել: Նազարյանը վստահեցրեց, որ բանակցությունների ավարտից հետո փաստաթուղթը կլինի հանրային սեփականություն, բոլորը կկարողանան ծանոթանալ:
