ՀՀ Նախագահը «Կոբալտ-2016»-ի անցկացմամբ միջազգային ահաբեկչությանը հակազդեցության կատարելագործման հույս է հայտնել

ՀՀ Նախագահ, Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մայիսի 26-ին ընդունել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժային, ով Հայաստան է ժամանել ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ներքին գործերի նախարարությունների (ոստիկանության) ղեկավարների խորհրդակցության և մայիսի 24-ից 26-ը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունո ւմ անցկացվող «Կոբալտ-2016» մարտավարամասնագիտական զորավարժության շրջանակներում:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանրապետության Նախագահը կարևորել է վերը նշված միջոցառումների անցկացումը և հույս հատնել, որ խորհրդակցության օրակարգում ներառված արդիական հարցերի լուծման արդյունավետ մեխանիզմների մշակումը և «Կոբալտ-2016» զորավարժության շրջանակներում օպերատիվ-տեխնիկական խնդիրների հաջող իրականացումը թույլ կտան առաջընթաց արձանագրել միջազգային ահաբեկչությանը և ծայրահեղա կանությանը հակազդեցության, Արագ արձագանքման հավաքական ուժերի հակաահաբեկչական ներուժի ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ջանքերի համակարգման կատարելագործման հարցում:
Սերժ Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է այդ սպառնալիքներին հակազդելու ուղղությամբ համակարգված միջոցառումների մշակման համար համապատասխան իրավական և գործնական հիմքերի ձևավորման անհրաժեշտությունը: Այդ առումով, Նախագահը համոզվածություն է հայտնել, որ կազմակերպչական և գործնական բնույթի համալիր միջոցառումները, որոնք կմշակվեն «Կոբալտ-2016» զորավարժության ընթացքում, ինչպես նաև այլ օպերատիվ-կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների շրջանակներում, կնպաստեն ՀԱՊԿ պատասխանատվության գոտում միջազգային ահաբեկչության, անդրազգային կազմակերպված հանցագործություններն հակազդեցության ոլորտում համատեղ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը:
Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին զեկուցել է Երևանում անցկացված միջոցառումների մասին, ընդգծելով, որ մասնակից բոլոր երկրների ներկայացուցիչների կողմից դրանք բարձր են գնահատվել, իսկ զորավարժությունը համարվել է անցկացված ամենահաջող զորավարժություններից մեկը:
Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել նաև տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության խնդիրներին, ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանի նախագահության առաջնայնություններին, ինչպես նաև միջազգային այլ կազմակերպությունների հետ ՀԱՊԿ համագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցերի:
