Շվեդիայի Թագավորության Լանդսկրոնա քաղաքում օգոստոսի 1-8-ն ընթացող ծանրամարտի մինչև 15 և մինչև 17 տարեկան պատանիների ու աղջիկների ծանրամարտի Եվրոպայի առաջնությունում Հայաստանը ներկայացնող պատանի ծանրորդները գերազանց են հանդես գալիս:
Մինչև 17 տարեկան ծանրորդների պայքարում Եվրոպայի չեմպիոններ են դարձել 50 կգ քաշային Համլետ Մնացականյանը երկամարտի 189 կգ (պոկում՝ 80 կգ, հրում՝ 109 կգ) արդյունքով և 62 կգ քաշային Լևոն Մանուկյանը` երկամարտի 253 կգ (պոկում՝ 111 կգ, հրում՝ 142 կգ) արդյունքով: Մինչև 15 տարեկան ծանրորդների պայքարում ոսկե մեդալակիր է դարձել 56 կգ քաշային Արմեն Գրիգորյանը՝ երկամարտի 211 կգ (պոկում՝ 94 կգ, հրում՝ 117 կգ) արդյունքով, իսկ արծաթե մեդալների են արժանացել 56 կգ քաշային Ռաֆիկ Հարությունյանը՝ երկամարտի 204 կգ (պոկում՝ 87 կգ, հրում՝ 117 կգ) արդյունքով և 69 կգ քաշային Կարեն Մարգարյանը՝ երկամարտի 226 կգ (պոկում՝ 99 կգ, հրում ՝ 127 կգ) արդյունքով:
