Փախստականներ ընդունելու Հայաստանի փորձը ներկայացվելու է ՄԱԿ–ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի նիստում

 ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունում մայիսի 26-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարին կից հասարակական խորհրդի անդրանիկ նիստը: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սփյուռքի նախարարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Ֆ. Զաքարյանը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարին կից հասարարական խորհրդի աշխատակարգը: Ողջունելով հասարարական խորհրդի անդամներին՝ ՀՀ սփյուռքինախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանըհասարակական կապերի զարգացման առումով կարևորել է խորհրդի աշխատանքը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության մամուլի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից` հավելելով. «Նախարարը մեկառմեկ նշել է խորհրդի անդամ բոլոր համահայկական խոշոր կառույցներն ու անհատներին՝ մեծապես արժևորելով նրանց ազգանցեր գործունեությունը, և մասնակցությունը Հայաստան-Սփյուռք գործակցությանն առնչվող խնդիրների լո ւծմանը: Նախարարը հասարարական խորհրդի հաստատմանը ներկայացրեց օրակարգը և 2016թ. աշխատանքային ծրագիրը:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սփյուռքի նախարարության 2016 թվականի հիմնական ծրագրերի մասին զեկուցումով հանդես եկավ ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Ֆ. Զաքարյանը: Զեկուցողը նշեց, որ ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության ծրագրերի իրականացման համար բյուջեից հատկացվել է 750 մլն դրամ, որից «Սփյուռք» ամառային դպրոցի համար 120 մլն,  «Արի տուն» ծրագրի համար 100 մլն, գիտակրթական նյութերի և գրքերի համար 100 մլն, «Իմ Հայաստան» համահայկական փառատոնի համար 84 մլն,  համաժողովների կազմակերման  համար 23 մլն և այլն: Իրականացվելու են կրթամ շակութային աջակցության տարածաշրջանային ծրագրեր: Այս տարի ևս շարունակվելու են  արդեն ավանդական դարձած «Մեր մեծերը» ծրագիրը, համահայկական մրցանակաբաշխությունը:

Ցուցադրվեց ֆիլմ ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության իրականացրած ծրագրերի մասին:      

Սիրիահայերի հետ տարվող աշխատանքների ընթացքի մասին զեկուցեց ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության Մերձավոր և Միջին Արևելքի հայ համայնքների վարչության պետ Լ. Անտոնյանը:

Կարևորելով սիրիահայերի ինտեգրման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքները՝ նախարարը նշեց. «ԱՄՆ կատարածաշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում Նյու Յորքում հանդիպումներ եմ ունեցել փախստականների ևմիգրանտների հարցերով ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ խորհրդականի տեղակալ Ֆ. Հոչիլդի և ՄԱԿ-իփախստականների հարցով գերագույն հանձնակատարի Նյու Յորքի գրասենյակի տնօրեն Ն. Քելիի հետ, և պետք էձեզ փոխանցեմ նրանց գոհունակությունը Հայաստանում սիրիահայերի խնդիրերի լուծման ուղղությամբ տարվածաշխատանքների վերաբերյալ: Հայաստանը համարվում է փախստականներ ընդունող երկրի լավագույն օրինակ:Հայաստանը, որպես դրական օրինակ, ներկայացվելու է ՄԱԿ–ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի նիստում: Մենք պետք էշարունակենք նույն ձևաչափով առավել արդյունավետ աշխատել: Սիրիահայերը դարձել են մեր հասÕ �րակությանլիիրավ անդամ և պետք նրանց ուժերը, գիտելիքները, հմտություններն օգտագործենք Հայաստանի զարգացման,սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրները հաղթահարելու գործում»:

Վերջում ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարը պատասխանեց հասարարական խորհրդի անդամների հարցերին, գոհունակություն հայտնեց ընթացիկ աշխատանքների կատարման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ, հորդորեց առավել սերտ և արդյունավետ համագործակցել  Հայրենիքի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերների լուծման համար»:
