«Ապրիլի 25-ի ուշ Երեկոյան 63 համարի ավտոբուսի պայթյունը շարունակում է բոլորի համար մնալ առեղծված:

«ժողովարդ»–ը փորձեց որոշ մանրամասներ պարզել քննության ընթացքից, ինչը առավել խորացրեց կասկածները։ Միակ հաստատ բանը, որ փորձաքննությամբ իրավապահները կարողացել են ապացուցել, այն Է, որ ավտոբուսում պայթած Ռուբեն Բալյանը Կլարա Ոսկանյանի որդին Է։ Ասել Է, թե մայրությանն ապացուցված Է։

Իսկ ի՞նչ Է հայտնել Ռուբեն Բալյանի մայրը իրավապահներին։ «Ժողովարդ»–ը պարզեց, որ նա հայտնել Է, թե որդին չի ցանկացել իր հետ ապրել, քանի որ կյանքը կապել Է իրենց շենքի բնակչուհի Ինգա Ադամյանի հետ, որն ամուսին չունի։ Ու հենց այդտեղից Էլ առաջացել Է մոր ու որդու գժտությունը։

Ուշագրավ Է այն տեղեկությունը, որ Կլարա Ոսկանյանը տարիներ առաջ վաճառել Է Երևանի Մալյան փողոցում գտնվող իրենց բնակարանը 67 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարով և գումար չի տվել որդուն։ Որդին Էլ պարբերաբար իր հետ այդ գումարի պահանջով խնդիրներ Է ունեցել։ Ու թերևս այդ վախով Է պայմանավորված եղել այն հանգամանքը, որ տիկին Կլարան որդու առջև ապրիլի 25-ին դուռը չի բացել:

«ժողովուրդ»–ը պարզեց, որ Ռուբեն Բալյանի մանկության ընկեր Մանվել Բադիրյանին իրավապահները հարցուփորձ են արել։ Նա եղել Է այն անձնավորությունը, որի հետ վերջին հեռախոսային խոսակցությունն Է ունեցել Ռուբենը պայթյունից առաջ։ Քանի որ Ռուբենի մայրն իր որդուց մշտապես վախեցել Է նաև նշված գումարի պատճառով, ապրիլի 25-ի Երեկոյան զանգահարել Է իր որդու ընկեր Մանվել Բադիրյանին և հայտնել, որ Ռուբենը իր դռան դեմ հարբած կանգնած Է՝ խնդրելով օգնել որդուն հանգստացնել և տարածքից հեռացնել։ Եվ, ահա, Մանվել Բադիրյանը  ապրիլի 25-ի գիշերը զանգահարել Է իր ընկերոջը՝ Ռուբենին, և ասել, որ գա իրենց տան կանգառի մոտ՝ Նոր Նորքի 2-րդ զանգված, և Երկուսով կգնան Ձորաղբյուրի իր ամառանոց։ Ռուբենը համաձայնել Է գնալ Նոր Նորք, սակայն մոտ 20 րոպե անց, Երբ Մանվելը զանգահարել Է նրա բջջային հեռախոսին, Ոուբենն արդեն անհասանելի Է եղել։ Ըստ այս փաստերի՝ ստացվում Է, որ Ռուբենն ավտոբուսը պայթեցնելու միտում չի ունեցել, այլ սովորականի պես նստել Է քաղաքային տրանսպորտ՝ ընկերոջ մոտ գնալու։
