Օլանդը, չնայած բողոքներին, հաստատել Է վիճելի աշխատանքային բարեփոխումն իրագործելու մտադրությունը

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը հայտարարել Է աշխատանքային օրենսդրության բարեփոխումն իրագործելու հաստատ մտադրության մասին, որն ընգրկուն ցույցերի պատճառ Է դարձել ամբողջ երկրում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես հաղորդել Է AFP-ն, նա հայտարարել Է G7-ի գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքներին նվիրված մամուլի ասուլիսում, որը տեղի Է ունեցել Ճապոնիայի Իսե Սիմա ազգային զբոսայգում:
«Ես պնդելու եմ դրա անցկացումը, քանզի կարծում եմ, որ դա լավ բարեփոխում Է»,-հայտարարել Է Ֆրանսիայի ղեկավարը: Նա նշել Է, որ չդադարող ցույցերի պայմաններում գործադիր իշխանության գլխավոր խնդիրն ամենից առաջ երկրում «ուղեւորութունների ազատության» ապահովումն Է եւ տնտեսության լավ աշխատանքը:
Մինչդեռ Ֆրանսիայում արհմիութենական այն միավորումները, որոնք մասնակցում են գործադուլներին, այդ թվում՝ Աշխատանքի համընդհանուր համադաշնությունը (ԱՀՀ), Արհմիությունների միասնական դաշնությունը (ԱՄԴ), «Համերաշխներ» արհմիությունը եւ ուրիշներ, համատեղ հայտարարություն են հրապարակել, որով կոչ են արել ակտիվացնել գործողությունները:
«Կազմակերպությունները կոչ են անում շարունակել եւ ընդլայնել ցույցերը՝ բազմապատկելով եւ պաշտպանելով աշխատավորների համաձայնեցված գործողությունները համընդհանուր հավաքներում»,-ասված Է հայտարարության տեքստում:
Տարեսկզբին երկրում կառավարող Ֆրանսիայի սոցիալիստական կուսակցությունն առաջարկել Էր ազատականացնել աշխատանքային օրենսդրությունը, որպեսզի ֆրանսիական բիզնեսին խթանի՝ ստեղծելու նոր աշխատատեղեր այն պայմաններում, երբ երկրում գործազրկությունը գերազանցել Է աշխատունակ բնակչության 10 տոկոսի նշագիծը: Բարեփոխումը, մասնավորապես, առաջարկում Է տնտեսական դժվարությունների դեպքում ձեռնարկությունների համար պարզեցնել աշխատողների ազատման ընթացակարգերը, ինչպես նաեւ գործատուներին հնարավորություն Է ընձեռնում՝ ավելացնել աշխատակիցների աշխատաժամա նակը եւ կրճատել հավելյալ աշխատանքի համար լրավճարումները:
Ֆրանսիայի, առանց բացառության բոլոր արհմիությունները, օրինագիծը գնահատել են «պատմական հետադիմություն» եւ հորդորել են կառավարությանը՝ հրաժարվել վիճահարույց բարեփոխումից: Արդյունքում՝ արդեն երեք ամիս Է՝ Ֆրանսիան ցնցում են հակակառավարական բողոքի ակցիաները: Ընդ որում՝ հասարակության մեջ աճում Է դժգոհությունն այն բանից, որ իշխանությունները չեն ցանկանում զիջումների գնալ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
