 ԱՊՀ-ի մարմինների բարեփոխման առաջարկները կարող են պատրաստ լինել մինչեւ սեպտեմբերյան գագաթնաժողովը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, մայիսի 27-ին հայտնել Է ԱՊՀ-ի գործադիր քարտուղար Սերգեյ Լեբեդեւը:

Ավելի վաղ Ղազախստանն առաջարկել Է ԱՊՀ-ն բարեփոխել այնպես, որ Համագործակցության անդամները ավելի շատ քննարկեն խնդրահարույց հարցերը եւ ավելի քիչ՝ ճյուղային գործակցությունը, որը ներկայացված Է այլ ձեւաչափերում, ինչպիսին, օրինակ, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունն Է:

«Տնտեսական խորհրդի անդամներին տեղեկատվություն Էր ներկայացվել արդիականության պահանջներին Համագործակցության ադապտացման վերաբերյալ Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության առաջարկությունների քննարկման շարունակվող աշխատանքի մասին: Այդ առաջարկությունները մեր բոլորիս կողմից գնահատվում են որպես ժամանակին արված, քանի որ այսօրվա իրողություններն իսկապես պահանջում են նորարարություն մտցնել ԱՊՀ-ի մարմինների գործունեության մեջ»,-ասել Է Լեբեդեւը՝ ելույթ ունենալով Համագործակցության տնտեսական խորհրդի նիստում:

«Կատարելով պետությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի հանձնարարությունները՝ ԱՊՀ-ի գործադիր կոմիտեն մշտական լիազոր ներկայացուցիչների խորհրդի եւ տնտեսական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի հետ համատեղ, պետությունների արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների ներկայացուցիչների ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ նպատակասլաց կերպով եւ առարկայաբար աշխատում են յուրաքանչյուր առաջարկության վրա, որն արվել Է Ղազախստանի կողմից: Այսպիսով՝ կարելի Է նշել դրական դինամիկան եւ կարելի Է հուսալ, որ մինչեւ պետությունների ղեկավարների սեպտեմբերյան նիստը մենք հանդես կգանք առաջակություններով, որոնք համակողմանիորեն հիմնավորված ու համաձայնեցված կլինեն ԱՊՀ-ի բոլոր պետությունների կողմից»,-հավելել Է Լեբեդեւը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ԱՊՀ-ի տնտեսական խորհրդի հաջորդ նիստը կկայանա սեպտեմբերի 9-ին Մոսկվայում, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
