Կակաոյի օգտագործման 7 զարմանալի միջոց

1. Համային հավելում: Կակաոն օգտագործելու լավագույն միջոցներից մեկը շոկոլադն է: Սակայն պետք է իմանալ նաև, որ կակաոն ավելացնում են տարբեր ճաշատեսակների մեջ` դրանց համը լավացնելու համար: Այն կարելի է ավելացնել խմորի, սուպի և այն ամենի մեջ, ինչին չի խանգարի հարուստ, քաղցր համը:
2. Կակաոյի յուղ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ կակաոն օգտակար է մաշկի համար: Այն օգտակար է նույնիսկ մազերի համար: Կակաոյի յուղը բավական շատ օգտակար նյութեր է պարունակում, որոնք դրական ազդեցություն կունենան թե մազերի, թե մաշկի որակի վրա:
3. Օդը թարմացնող միջոց: Կակաոն հրաշալի բույր ունի: Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ այն կարող է օգտագործվել՝ որպես օդը թարմացնող միջոց: Գազօջախի վրա տաք շոկոլադ պատրաստեք: Դանդաղ կրակի վրա տաքացրեք այն, և կակաոն տունը լցնի հաճելի բույրով:
4. Նիհարելու միջոց: Եթե դուք ամեն պահի քաղցր բանի կարիք եք զգում, կարող եք կակաո օգտագործել: Երբ քաղցր ուտելու ցանկություն եք ունենում, ձեռքի մեջ մի փոքր կակաո լցրեք և զգացեք դրա բույրը: Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ նույնիսկ կակաոյի փոշու բույրը կարող է ճնշել ախորժակը, ինչը կնվազեցնի օրվա ընթացքում օգտագործվող սննդի քանակը:
5. Մաշկի թարմացում: Կակաոն շատ հակաօքսիդանտներ է պարունակում, որոնք շատ օգտակար են մաշկի համար: Դրանք օգնում են մաքրել ու թարմացնել մաշկը: Կակոյի փոշին կարող եք ավելացնել հանգստացնող դիմակների մեջ` մաշկի յուրաքանչյուր հատվածը թարմացնելու համար: Ինքներդ էլ կարող եք դիմակ պատրաստել` խառնելով վարսակի փաթիլներ, յոգուրտ, մի փոքր մեղր:
6. Առողջություն: Եթե ձեզ ամբողջ կյանքում ասել են, որ չի կարելի շատ շոկոլադ ուտել, ապա դուք կուրախանաք` իմանալով, որ կակաոն կարող է օգտակար լինել առողջության համար: Կակաոյի փոշին կարող է օգնել իջեցնել ճնշումը և խոլեստերինի մակարդակը, ինչպես նաև նվազեցնել սրտանոթային հիվանդությունների առաջացման հավանականությունը:
