ՀՀ Նախագահն ու Էկվադորի ԱԺ փոխնախագահը կարևորել են փոխգործակցության իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի ձևավորումը

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն մայիսի 27-ին ընդունել է Էկվադորի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի առաջին փոխնախագահ Ռոսանա Ալվարադոյի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Ողջունելով հյուրերին մեր երկրում՝ Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանում մշտապես ուրախ են հյուրընկալել բարեկամ երկրների ներկայացուցիչներին, քանզի նմանօրինակ այցելությունները նոր որակ և բովանդակություն են հ աղորդում երկկողմ հարաբերություններին և լավ հնարավորություն են քննարկելու միջպետական փոխգործակցության տարաբնույթ հարցեր:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նշելով, թե տեղյակ է, որ տիկին Ալվարադոյի այցը նախատեսված էր ավելի վաղ՝ ս.թ. ապրիլի 24-ին, որը հետաձգվեց Էկվադորում տեղի ունեցած և մարդկային բազում զոհերի պատճառ դարձած ավերիչ երկրաշարժի պատճառով, Սերժ Սարգսյանը ևս մեկ անգամ իր խորին ցավակցությունն ու զորակցությունն է հայտնել Էկվադորի բարեկամ ժողովրդին և հույս հայտնել, որ էկվադորյան իշխանություններին կհաջողվի հնարÕ �վորինս կարճ ժամկետներում ամբողջովին վերացնել երկրաշարժի հետևանքները:
ՀՀ Նախագահը Ռոսանա Ալվարադոյի այցը Հայաստան երկու երկրների միջև փոխշահավետ համագործակցության զարգացման վկայություն է համարել և ողջունել Էկվադորի խորհրդարանում Հայաստանի հետ բարեկամության խումբ ձևավորելու մտադրությունը, որը, Հանրապետության Նախագահի համոզմամբ, զգալիորեն կնպաստի միջխորհրդարանական կապերի սերտացմանը և արդյունքում՝ միջպետական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանն ու խորացմանը:
Ռոսանա Ալվարադոն շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին ջերմ ընդունելության համար և նշել, որ այս այցը շատ կարևոր է իր երկրի և Հայաստանի միջև երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման տեսանկյունից: Նա ընդգծել է, որ Էկվադորի սահմանադրության հիմնարար դրույթներից մեկն է՝ բարիդրացիական և լավ հարաբերություններ կառուցել աշխարհի բոլոր երկրների և ժողովուրդների հետ, ուստի իրենք շահագրգռված են եղբայրական ջերմ հարաբերություններ հաստատել բարեկամ հայ ժողովրդի հետ:
Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցները երկուստեք կարևորել են փոխգործակցությն զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի ձևավորումը, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների շրջանակներում երկու երկրների փոխգործակցությունը:
Էկվադորյան պատվիրակության կազմում ողջունելով ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Մարիա Աուգուստա Կալյե Անդրադեին, ով Պարլատինոյում Հայոց Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործընթացի նախաձեռնողներից է, Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նրան և այդ նախաձեռնության բոլոր հեղինակներին իր խորին երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել, նշելով, որ Հայաստանում մեծապես գնահատում են Հայոց ցեղասպանութ յան միջազգային ճանաչման և դատապարտման գործում ներդրված ջանքերը:
Նախագահը հաջողություն է մաղթել Էկվադորի խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությանը և հույս հայտնել, որ այն երկկողմ միջպետական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման գործում զգալի խթան կհանդիսանա:
