Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը մայիսի 28-ին Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի լրատվական ծառայությունից, ուղերձում ասվում է.
«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների եւ անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ Հայաստանի Առաջին Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ:
1918 թվականին Սարդարապատի, Բաշ Ապարանի եւ Ղարաքիլիսայի ճակատամարտերն իրենց արժանի տեղն զբաղեցրին մեր ժողովրդի պատմության հերոսական տարեգրության մեջ:
Իր բազմադարյա պատմության ընթացքում հայը բազմիցս է համոզվել, որ անվտանգ ապրելու հիմնական երաշխիքը անկախ պետականությունն է, նրա շարունակական զորացումը եւ սեփական ուժերին ապավինումը: Դա ցույց տվեց նաեւ ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմը, երբ Ադրբեջանը մեկ անգամ եւս փորձ արեց իրականացնել իր ցեղասպան քաղաքականությունը հայ ժողովրդի հանդեպ: Սակայն նա բախվեց հայոց բանակի ուժին ու ոգուն` չկարողանալով իրականացնել իր ռազմատենչ նպատակներից եւ ոչ մեկը:
Այսօր բոլորիս պարտքն է մեր հերոս նախնիների հաղթական ոգին միշտ կենդանի պահել սերունդների հիշողության մեջ, աչքի առաջ ունենալով նրանց օրինակը, առաջնորդվելով ազգային գաղափարախոսությամբ ու անձնուրաց հայրենասիրությամբ` անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի հայկական երկու հանրապետություններն օր օրի զարգանան, լինեն ավելի ամուր ու հզոր: Իսկ դրան հասնելու միակ ճանապարհը համախմբված ու միասնական աշխատանքն է, համայն հայության ներուժի եւ յուրաքանչյուրի ջանքերի համադրումը` ի շահ կարեւորագույն համազգային խնդիրների լուծման: Միայն այդպես կարող ենք կերտել նոր հ աղթանակներ եւ գնալ դեպի հուսալի ապագա:
Մեկ անգամ եւս շնորհավորում եմ ողջ հայ ժողովրդին պետական տոնի կապակցությամբ եւ մաղթում խաղաղություն ու մեծագույն հաջողություններ»:
