Ճանապարհային կոմունիկացիան կարևոր է

Ժամանակակից կոմունիկացիաները պետության զարգացման համար կարևոր նախապայման են: Առաջնայինը, իհարկե, բարեկարգ մայրուղիներն ու ճանապարհներն են: Հայաստանը խորհրդային տարիներին ապրեց իր զարգացման ու թռիչքային ցատկի ոսկեդարը: ՀԽՍՀ-ը գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքներն ու գյուղերն ունեին ասֆալտապատ ու բարեկարգ ճանապարհներ:
Նորանկախ Հայաստանի առաջ, ի թիվս այլ մարտահրավերների, ծառացած էր նաև ճանապարհների բարեկարգման հարցը: Հայտնի է, որ ճանապարհների հետ կապված աշխատանքները բավականին ծախսատար են և պահանջում են լուրջ ներդրումներ:
Հայաստանյան ճանապարհների բարեկարգման նպատակով ՀԲ ֆինանսավորմամբ շարունակում է իրականացնել «Կենսական նշանակության ճանապարհային ցանցի բարելավում» ծրագիրը: Հարկէ հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի, ինչպես նաև` մինչև հայ-վրացական սահման ճանապարհահատվածի աշխատանքներին, որը ՀՀ համար ունի կենսական ու ստրատեգիական նշանակություն:
Նշենք, որ հիմնանորոգելու նպատակով բանակցություններ են վարվել մի շարք դոնոր կազմակերպությունների հետ: Արդյունքում երկու դոնորի` Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի և Ասիական զարգացման բանկի հետ համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել: Ծրագիրը կազմում է մոտ 100 միլիոն եվրո, որի մի մասը կիրականացվի Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի, մյուս մասը` Ասիական բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ: Եվրոպական բանկի հետ համաձայնագիրն արդեն ստորագրվել է, իսկ Ասիական զարգացման բանկի հետ բանակցությունները շարունակվում են:
Բացի այդ, մեկնարկել է Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի հատվածի շինարարական մրցույթը, արդյունքները կամփոփվեն, և այս տարի կսկսվեն 35 կմ Մ6 մայրուղու նշված ճանապարհահատվածի շինարարության աշխատանքները, որում ներառված են նաև երեք թունելները, որոնք ամբողջովին կհիմնանորոգվեն և կնորացվեն` համապատասխանեցնելով ժամանակակից ստանդարտներին: Իսկ մյուս հատվածի շինարարությունը կմեկնարկի մյուս վարկային համաձայնագրի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո:
Այս ճանապարհը կապահովի Հայաստանի հյուսիսային հատվածների, ինչպես նաև` հարևան Վրաստանի հետ չափազանց կարևոր առևտրաշրջանառության ապահովումը:
