Վարշավայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովին կքննարկեն ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարում դաշինքի մասնակցության նպատակները

ՆԱՏՕ-ն պետք է մասնակցի ԻՊ խմբավորման դեմ պատերազմին, այդ մասնակցության պարամետրերը կքննարկվեն Վարշավայում Դաշինքի հուլիսյան գագաթնաժողովին: Այդ մասին Spiegel շաբաթաթերթին տված հարցազրույցում հայտնել է ԱՄՆ-ի ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Բրետտ Մակգերկը:
«ՆԱՏՕ-ն պետք է շատ կարեւոր դեր խաղա: Մի կողմից, կարող է ընդլայնվել իրաքցի զինվորականների նախապատրաստությունը, որը մինչ այժմ կատարվում էր Հորդանանում: Բացի այդ, AWACS հետախույզ ինքնաթիռները կարող են կարեւոր առաջադրանքներ ստանձնել` օգնություն տրամադրելով կոալիցիային: Ես հույս ունեմ, որ հուլիսի սկզբին Վարշավայում ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովին մենք որոշում կընդունենք կոնկրետ նպատակների վերաբերյալ», — ասել է Մակգերկը:
Ամերիկացի հատուկ ներկայացուցչի խոսքով, ԱՄՆ-ն անցնում է «ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարի նոր փուլ», որը ենթադրում է հարձակողական գործողությունների իրականացում «միաժամանակ տարբեր ճակատներում», մասնավորապես` սիրիական Ռաքքայի եւ Իրաքում Էլ Ֆալուջայի ուղղությամբ: Միաժամանակ կոալիցիայի ուժերն առայժմ «պատրաստ չեն Մոսուլի ուղղությամբ գրոհ սկսելու համար», — հավելել է նա:
«Մեզ ժամանակ է պետք: Որոշ ժամանակի ընթացքում մենք կարողացել ենք բավականաչափ ցամաքային ուժեր հավաքել: Դրա համար մեզ պետք էր տարածաշրջանից մարտիկներ հավաքագրել, ուսուցանել նրանց եւ խորհրդատվություն տրամադրել: Այժմ մենք բավականին առաջ ենք գնացել, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան մասնակցել պայքարին», — ասել է Մակգերկը` հավելելով, որ ամերիկացի գրեթե 300 ռազմական խորհրդատու ներկայումս աշխատում է Սիրիայում, գլխավորապես` քրդական կազմավորումների հետ:
«Իսլամիստները շատ թուլացած են… Նրանց դրամական հոսքերը կրճատված են … Հատուկ ծառայությունները (ԱՄՆ-ի, խմբ.) չեզոքացրել են իսլամիստների ֆինանսական առաջնորդին, ինչպես նաեւ «Չեչենին», որը նրանց հիմնական դաշտային հրամանատարներից էր», — ասել է Մակգերկը, հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»:
