Աչքեր
Աչքերի բորբոքման պատճառ կարող են լինել գերհոգնածությունն ու անքնությունը։ Այս դեպքում պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնել աշխատանքի եւ հանգստի ռեժիմին։
Առավոտյան լվացվել սառը ջրով, իսկ աչքերի շուրջ քսել երիցուկի, անանուխի, թեյի սառը եփուկ։
Կոպերի այտուցն անցկացնելու համար կարելի է 15-20 րոպե կոպերին դնել թանզիֆի մեջ լցրած քերած թարմ կարտոֆիլ։ Կարելի է նաեւ դնել թեյի, երիցուկի թրջոցներ։
Եթե կոպերը կամ աչքերը հոգնածությունից կարմրել են, կոպերին թեթեւակի քսուք քսեք, ապա լվացվեք երիցուկի, անանուխի, թեյի, սամիթի եփուկով կամ բորաթթվի լուծույթով։
Եթե առավոտյան կոպերը թեփոտվում են, աչքերը լվացեք թեյի կամ երիցուկի տաք եփուկով (1 թեյի գդալ` 1 բաժակ ջրին)։
Կոպերի եւ թարթիչների վրայի շպարը հանեք բոված յուղով կամ գեղահարդարման կաթով։
Թարթիչները եւ հոնքերն ամեն օր սանրեք գերչակի կամ ձիթապտղի յուղի մեջ թրջած հատուկ խոզանակով։
Շատ կարեւոր է նաեւ ճիշտ ռեժիմը։ Պետք է նորմալ քնել, սնվել ճիշտ, հատկապես վիտամիններ պարունակող սննդամթերքով (գազար, մարգարին, ձուկ, բանջարեղեն, ծիրան, նարինջ)։
Աշխատեք երկար չմնալ ծխած սենյակում։ Երբ կարդում եք, հետեւեք, որ լույսը լինի կամ գլխի ետեւում կամ վերեւում։ Երկար մի նայեք արեւին, եթե նույնիսկ արեւային ակնոց եք կրում։
Ինչպե՞ս ներկել աչքերը, եթե ակնոց եք կրում
Նրանք, ովքեր ակնոց են կրում, պետք է ուշադիր լինեն, որպեսզի շպարը ներդաշնակ լինի ակնոցի շրջանակի, ապակու գույնի հետ։ Աչքերի ներկը պետք է կանոնավորի ակնոցի ապակիների ազդեցությունը։
Կարճատեսության դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է ընդգծել աչքերի մեծությունն ու արտահայտչականությունը, մեղմացնելով ապակիների փոքրացնող հատկությունը։
Կոպերի համար կարելի է օգտագործել վառ գույնի ստվերաներկ (շագանակագույն, կանաչ, մանուշակագույն)։ Կարելի է նաեւ ներկել ներքեւի կոպերը եւ աչքերի արտաքին անկյունը։ Անմիջապես հոնքերի տակը կարելի է ներկել սպիտակ, բաց կարմրավուն ստվերներով։ Սեւաներկը երկարացնում է թարթիչները, դարձնում ավելի խիտ։ Կարելի է նաեւ մատիտով ընդգծել աչքերի եզրագիծը։
Հեռատեսության դեպքում պետք է աշխատել փոքրացնել ապակիների խոշորացնող հատկությունը։ Կարելի է ընտրել տաք երանգի ստվերաներկ` ծիրանագույն, բաց շագանակագույն, որը պետք է քսել աչքերի արտաքին անկյունից` դեպի քունքերը, որպեսզի աչքերը շատ կլոր չերեւան։
Թարթիչները մի թեթեւ ծածկեք սեւաներկով։ Աչքերի եզրագիծը խորհուրդ չի տրվում ցայտուն ընդգծել։ Պետք է խուսափել սադափագույն ստվերաներկից։
