Ադրբեջանցիների կողմից Քյարամ Սլոյանի մարմինն անարգելու տեսագրությունը ՄԻԵԴ-ում է

Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ զոհված ազգությամբ եզդի զինծառայող Քյարամ Սլոյանի ընտանիքի անդամները, ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակը, «Սինջար եզդիների ազգային միավորումը», «Իրավունքների պաշտպանություն՝ առանց սահմանների» կազմակերպությունն ապրիլի կեսերին հայց են ներկայացրել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան, որով պահանջում են ռազմական հանցագործություն որակել Սլոյանի նկատմամբ տեղի ունեցածը: Այս մասին պատմել է «Սինջարի» նախագահ Բորիս Մուրազին: Նրա խոսքով՝ հայցին կցվել են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ փաստերը՝ հրապարակումներ, լուսանկարներ, ինչպես նաև մի տեսագրություն, որտեղ երևում է, թե ինչպես են ադրբեջանական մի գյուղում Սլոյանի՝ փաթաթանի մեջ դրված գլուխը մեքենայից հանում և ցույց տալիս այդտեղ հավաքված մարդկանց: Մուրազին կարծում է, որ ՄԻԵԴ-ը գուցե քաղաքական որոշում կայացնի այս գործով, հայտնում է Հրապարակ օրաթերթը: «Եթե ՄԻԵԴ-ն ընդունի, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը ռազմական հանցագործություն է իրականացրել, դա, ըստ իս, էապես կազդի Արցախի խնդրի վրա: Այդ պատճառով կարծում եմ, որ խիստ որոշում չի լինի, միանշանակ, ինչ-որ գնահատական կտրվի այդ հանցագործությանը, գուցե դաժանություն որակեն, չեմ կարող ասել: Ինչպես Հայոց ցեղասպանության դեպքում է՝ ամեն բառ գործածում են, բացի «ցեղասպանությունից»»: Եզդի հանրությունը, ըստ Մուրազիի, նույնպես խիստ դատապարտում է զինվորի հետ տեղի ունեցածը, որը հիշեցնում է «Իսլամական պետության» բարբարոս ձեռագիրը: «Եվ այն, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը պարգևատրում է Սլոյանին գլխատած զինծառայողին, դա քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի համար ևս մեկ առիթ է Ադրբեջանի դիմակը պատռելու հարցում: Բոլորի համար էլ պարզ է, որ Ադրբեջանը մարդակեր համակարգ է, որը որևէ իրավունք չի ճանաչում»,-նկատել է «Սինջարի» նախագահը: «Իրենք ասում էին, թե դա տեղի է ունեցել Սիրիայում, իսկ երբ նույն այդ «բեմականացման» մասնակից զինվորականին Ադրբեջանի նախագահը պարգևատրում է, դա լավագույն ապացույցն է, որ Ադրբեջանը նաև ստախոս է: Երբ արդեն հայցը դատարան էր ներկայացվել, եվրոպական կառույցների կողմից ճնշում եղավ ադրբեջանական կողմի նկատմամբ, ինչից հետո միայն ադրբեջանցիները վերադարձրին Քյարամի գլուխը: Սրանք անհերքելի փաստեր են, որոնց մասին չի կարելի կասկածով խոսել», – հավելել է Մուրազին: Քյարամ Սլոյանից բացի, անարգանքի են ենթարկվել քառօրյա պատերազմում զոհված մի քանի այլ զինվորներ ևս: Ապրիլյան դեպքերից հետո ստեղծված իրավաբան-իրավապաշտպանների խումբը գլխատված, անդամահատված զինծառայողների ընտանիքների անդամների անունից ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի գանգատներ է ներկայացրել ՄԻԵԴ՝ զոհվածների նկատմամբ միջամտության հետևանքով իրենց հանդեպ դրսևորված անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի, զոհվածների անձնական կյանքի նկատմամբ հարգանքի, իրավական պաշտպանության միջոցների, ինչպես նաև ազգային հիմքով խտրականության չենթարկվելու իրավունքների խախտումները ճանաչելու խնդրով: Դատարանը սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ գանգատներին տվել է անանունություն՝ սահմանափակելով այդ վարույթների շրջանակում ընդունվող որոշումների և այլ փաստաթղթերի հանրային հասանելիությունը:
