Ինչպե՞ս են առաջանում խալերը

Shabat.am-ը գրում է.
Խալը կամ, ինչպես այն գիտականորեն անվանում են, նևուսը գունավորված բիծ է, հետք, որը մելանին է կուտակում: Խալի գույնը նույնպես կարող է տարբեր լինել. բաց շագանակագույնից մինչև մուգ տոներ, անգամ` սև: Ամեն ինչ կախված է դրանց առաջացման բնույթից: Մեծ «ոչ այնքան համակրելի» խալերը մարդու բարդութավորման կամ մշտական սթրեսի պատճառ կարող են դառնալ ու նյարդային խանգարումներ առաջացնել:
Խալերը լինում են հարթ ու մաշկի մակերեսից առանձնացող, ընդգծված: Այն կարող է հարթ ու մաքուր մակերես ունենալ կամ լինել մազածածկ:
Լինում են նաև անոթային խալեր` անգիոմաներ, որոնք մուգ կարմիր գույն ունեն ու սեղմելիս գունատվում են: Սովորաբար խալերն առաջանում են կյանքի առաջին տարիներին, սեռահասունացման ու հղիության շրջանում:
Խալերի առաջացմանը նպաստում են արևի ճառագայթները: Խալը նույնպես բարորակ գոյացություն է, որ կարող է ինչ-ինչ պայմանների ազդեցությամբ վերածվել չարորակի: Եթե այն սկսում է ձևափոխվել, ապա անպայման դիմեք մասնագետի:
Այսօր հնարավոր է հեռացնել անցանկալի խալը.չէ որ այդ պրոցեդուրան մի քանի րոպե է տևում, սակայն չի բացառվում, որ այդ միջամտությունը հետագայում իր մասին անընդհատ հիշեցնի: Բայց եթե այն մեծ է ու հետն էլ անհարմար է, ուրեմն դիմեք մասնագետի: Բայց հիշեք,որ խալերից կարելի է ազատվել միայն ծայրահեղ դեպքերում:
