Հայտնի մանկագիր Էն Քամերոնը պատմել է իր անհավատալի պատմությունը: 2012 թվականին իր մոտ հայտնաբերել էին 3-րդ փուլում գտնվող աղիքային քաղցկեղ: Քանի որ մի քանի տարի առաջ իր ամուսինը մահացել էր քաղցկեղից՝ չնայած քիմիաթերապիային, Էնը չի ցանկացել նույն պատմության միջով անցնել: healthyfoodhouse.com-ը գրում է, որ հայտնի բլոգներից մեկում Էնը կիսվել էր իր փորձով:
«2012 թվականի հունիսին ինձ մոտ աղիքային քաղցկեղ էին հայտնաբերել: Հերթական հետազոտության ժամանակ պարզվեց, որ աղիքային քաղցկեղը տարածվել էր դեպի թոքերս և հասել 4-րդ փուլ»,- պատմել է մանկագիրը:
Այդ օրվանից հետո Էնը սկսել է ուսումնասիրել ժողովրդական բժշկությունը՝ իր հիվանդության դեմ բուժում գտնելու համար, և հանդիպել էր 26-ամյա Ռալֆ Քելիի պատմությանը, ով տառապում էր մաշկի քաղցկեղով: Տղան պատմել էր, որ ինքն իրեն բուժել էր՝ ամեն օր 2.5 կիլոգրամ գազարի հյութի խմելով:
Էնի խոսքերով՝ գազարի հյութը խմելուց 8 շաբաթ անց բժշկական հետազոտության արդյունքում պարզվեց, որ քաղցկեղն այլևս չի զարգանում, ուռուցքները սկսել էին վերանալ, իսկ ավշային հանգույցների ուռածությունն իջել էր:
4 ամիս անց պարզվեց, որ ավշային հանգույցները վերադարձել են իրենց սովորական տեսքին, իսկ քաղցկեղը շարունակում էր նահանջել:
8 ամիս անց համակարգչային տոմոգրաֆիան ցույց տվեց, որ քաղցկեղն ամբողջովին վերացել է: Այս հրաշալի արդյունքներին Էնը հասել էր 8 ամիս անընդմեջ գազարի հյութ խմելու միջոցով:
Դրանից հետո գրողը «Բուժեք քաղցկեղը գազարով» վերնագրով գիրք է հրատարակում, որտեղ պատմում է իր փորձի մասին և կիսվում բաղադրատոմսով:
