ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ-ն հերքել է իսլամական հուշարձանները ռազմական նպատակով օգտագործելու մասին Ադրբեջանի մեղադրանքը

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հերքել է և նենգափոխություն է անվանել Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ հայտարարությունն այն մասին, թե իբր ԼՂՀ տարածքում գտնվող իսլամական ճարտարապետության հուշարձաններն օգտագործվում են ռազմական նպատակներով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ արտգործնախարարության տեղեկատվական վարչությունից:
ԼՂՀ ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է. «Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավարի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության տարածքում գտնվող իսլամական ճարտարապետության հուշարձաններն իբրև թե օգտագործվում են ռազմական նպատակներով, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը և հերթական մերկապարանոց մեղադրանքն է այն նենգափոխությունների և կեղծիքների շարքում, որոնց մշտապես դիմում է ադրբեջանական կողմը: Կրոնական հուշարձանները ռազմական նպատակներով օգտագործելու հարուստ փորձ ունեցող Ադրբեջանը, որի մասին է վկայում 1992 թ. Շու շիի Ղազանչեցոց տաճարի վերածումը զինապահեստի, կրկին փորձում է իր իսկ վարքագիծը վերագրել ղարաբաղյան կողմին:
Կան բազմաթիվ անհերքելի ապացույցներ առ այն, որ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը հետևողականորեն և նպատակային կերպով ոչնչացնում է հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության օբյեկտները ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանի ամբողջ տարածքում, այլև ԼՂՀ օկուպացված Շահումյանի շրջանում:
Վանդալիզմի ամենաաղաղակող ակտը Նախիջևանում Ջուղա (Ջուլֆա) քաղաքի մոտակայքում գտնվող հայկական միջնադարյան խաչքարերի գերեզմանատան ոչնչացումն է և 2005 թ. նույն տեղանքում հրաձգարանի կառուցումը: Չնայած միջազգային հանրության բազմաթիվ կոչերին, ադրբեջանական կողմը, ձգտելով խուսափել պատասխանատվությունից, առայսօր չի թույլատրում միջազգային փորձագետներին այցելել այն վայրը, որտեղ գտվում էր խաչքարերի գերեզմանատունը:
Եթե Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն իսկապես շահագրգռված են պատմական և մշակութային հուշարձանների ուսումնասիրության առաքելությամբ, այլ ոչ թե հետապնդում են սոսկ քաղաքական կամ քարոզչական նպատակներ, ապա մենք իրավունք ունենք ակնկալելու, որ առաքելության աշխատանքները կսկսվեն այցելությամբ ԼՂՀ օկուպացված Շահումյանի շրջան և Նախիջևան:
Միաժամանակ անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում նշել, որ ԼՂՀ տարածքում գտնվող բոլոր ճարտարապետական հուշարձանները, անկախ ծագումից, ընդգրկված են ԼՂՀ պատմության և մշակույթի անշարժ հուշարձանների պետական ցանկում և գտնվում են պետության պաշտպանության տակ:
ԼՂՀ-ն եղել և մնում է բաց միջազգային համագործակցության համար՝ մշակութային և պատմական ժառանգության պաշտպանության ու պահպանության հարցում, և նույնպիսի բաց վարքագիծ է ակնկալում նաև Ադրբեջանից»:
