ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործով հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննիչ Տարոն Թադևոսյանը, իր վարույթում քննվող՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով խարդախություն կատարելու փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում, գործով համաչափ քննություն կատարելու պատրանք ստեղծելու անձնական դրդումներով, պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ հանդիսացող զննություն կատարելու մասին արձանագրության մեջ մտցրել է ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ քննչական գործողության օրվա և զննությունն ավարտելու ժամերի վերաբերյալ:

Բացի այդ, Տ. Թադևոսյանը հիշյալ քրեական գործով մեկ այլ քննչական գործողության ժամանակ զննության վերաբերյալ արձանագրությունը կազմել է նախքան այն փաստացի կատարելը, սակայն հետագայում կատարելով հիշյալ քննչական գործողությունը նոր արձանագրություն չի կազմել և գործի նյութերին է կցել նախկինում կազմված կեղծ արձանագրությունը:

Տ. Թադևոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ավարտվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննիչ Տարոն Թադևոսյանի կողմից պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը և հիշյալ գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
