Կարելի է ասել՝ Հայաստանում սկսվել է պետական ծախսերի օպտիմալացման գործընթաց, որը ըստ երևույթին կրում է երկարաժամկետ բնույթ:

Ինչպես գիտենք. գործադիր մարմնի նիստի ընթացքում որոշում է կայացվել կրճատել մոտ 800 ծառայողական ավտոմեքենա: Դա նշանակում է, որ դրանք այլևս չեն լինելու հաջորդ բյուջետային տարում:

Փաստացի, այս որոշմամբ իրականացվում է ծախսերի զգալի կրճատում և խոսքը ոչ միայն այս տարվա մասին է, այլ նաև հաջորդ տարիների: 2017 թավականի պետական բյուջեն մշակելու ընթացքում այս ավտոմեքենաներին սպասարկման և մի շարք այլ ծառայությունների համար նախատեսված գումարները կտնտեսվեն:

Բացի դրանից, նախատեսվում է բարելավել պետական ծախսերի թափանցիկությունը։ Մշակվելու են նոր մեխանիզմներ՝ պետական գնումների թափանցիկության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու նպատակով: Այս գործիքները որոշակիորն կարող են մեղմել նաև կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը:
