Ազատվեք դեմքի սպիներից բնական բաղադրիչների միջոցով

Սպիների վերացումը կամ կոծկումը գեղեցկության սրահներում հսկայական կարողոթյուն կարող է արժենալ: Սակայն գոյություն ունեն բնական բաղադրատոմսեր, որոնք կարող են նույն արդյունքը տալ, օրինակ՝ կիտրոնը, ձիթապտղի յուղը, սոդան, մեղրը:
Կիտրոն- Այս միրգը հարուստ է կիտրոնաթթվով, որը սպիտակեցնում է սպիները, վիտամին C-ով, հարուստ այս միրգը վերականգնում է մաշկն ու մաշկի գույնը: Մինչև կիտրոնով դեմքը մաքրելը՝ պետք է նախապես դեմքը լավ լվանալ, ապա կիտրոնի հյութի մեջ թրջված բամբակը քսել սպիներին և թողնել 10 րոպե: Վերջում լվացեք մաշկը սովորական աղբյուրի ջրով: Այս գործողությունը կատարեք այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև մաշկի այդ հատվածը հարթվի:
Ձիթապտղի յուղ- Ինչպես կիտրոնը, ձիթապտղի յուղը նույնպես «բացում» է մաշկի գույնը: Սա տեղի է ունենում ձիթապտղի յուղի մեջ առկա չհագեցված ճարպաթթուների և վիտամին E և K-ի շնորհիվ: Պետք է ձիթապտղի յուղով մերսել սպիները 5 րոպե, ապա թողնել, որպեսզի այն մնա սպիի վրա ամբողջ գիշեր:
Սոդա- Սոդան ամենահայտնի բնական միջոցներից է: Այն պիլինգի ազդեցություն ունի, հեռացնում է մահացած բջիջները: Սոդան խառնեք ջրով 5/1 հարաբերությամբ, մինչև համասեռ զանգված ստանալը: Ստացված խառնուրդը քսեք սպիներին, թողեք չորանա, ապա մաքրեք ջրով: Այս գործողությունը կրկնեք շաբաթը 2-3 անգամ:
Մեղր- Մեղրը սնուցում է մաշկը, արագացնում է վերքերի լավացումը, վերականգնում հյուսվածքները և մաքրում սպիները: 2 ճ/գ մեղրը խառնեք 2 ճ/գ սոդայով և ստացված խառնուրդը քսեք անմիջապես սպիի վրա: Փոքր սրբիչը թրջեք տաք ջրի մեջ և դրեք այն հատվածի վրա, որտեղ մեղրի և սոդայի խառնուրդն եք քսել: Սպասեք մինչև սրբիչը սառչի, ապա մաքրեք քսուքը դեմքից:
Ակնեի պատճառով առաջացած սպիները վերացնելու համար 2 ճ/գ մեղրը խառնեք 1 ճ/գ սոդայով և քսեք վնասված հատվածներին:
