Քննչական կոմիտեն հաստատում է Զինված ուժերում ձերբակալությունները

Տարբեր քրեական գործերի շրջանակներում մայիսի 30-ի երեկոյան ձերբակալվել են երեք զինվորականներ:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի խոսնակ Սոնա Տռուզյանը: «Նրանք ձերբակալվել են տարբեր քրեական գործերի շրջանակներում: Ձերբակալվածները կասկածվում են տարբեր արարքներ կատարելու մեջ: Մի դեպքում՝ մատակարարված անորակ ապրանքներն ընդունելու, մեկ այլ դեպքում՝ ըստ նախնական տվյալների, ուռճացված գներով գնումներ կատարելու մեջ»,- ասաց Տռուզյանը:
Ձերբակալված զինվորականներն են գեներալ-մայոր Մելս Չիլինգարյանը, գնդապետներ Արմեն Մարգարյանը և Մհեր Պապյանը: Մելս Չիլինգարյանը ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի սպառազինության վարչության պետն է:
Ավելի վաղ՝ մայիսի 18-ին տարածվել էր հաղորդագրություն, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության ՀԿԳ քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ՀՀ ԶՈւ սպառազինության վարչության ավտոծառայության պետ, գնդապետ Դավիթ Աբրահամյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 375-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով՝ իշխանությունը չարաշահելու համար, ինչն առաջացրել է նյութական ծանր հետեւանքներ։ Կատարված քննությամբ բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ գնդապետ Դ. Աբրահամյանը, ընդգրկված լինելով նույն վարչության մշտական գործող հանձնաժողովի կազմում, շահադիտական դրդումներով չարաշահել է իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը և կազմակերպել կնքված պայմանագրին կից տեխնիկական բնութագրերին չհամապատասխանող գործիքների ու սարքավորումների ընդունումը հանձնաժողովի կողմից, ինչն առաջացրել է նյութական ծանր հետևանքներ։ Դ. Աբրահամյանին 13.05.2016 թ. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 375-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով: Առաջադրված մեղադրանքում վերջինս իրեն լիովին մեղավոր է ճանաչել, ցուցմունք տվել և ամբողջովին վերականգնել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությանը պատճառված վնասը։ Նախաքննությունն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից 16.05.2016 թ. որոշում է կայացվել՝ Դ.Աբրահամյանի պաշտոնավարումը ժամանակավորապես դադարեցնելու մասին։
