Թուրքիայի մեջլիսը Ցեղասպանության մասին բանաձևի ընդունման պարագայում սպառնացել է Բունդեսթագին

Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին բանաձևի քննարկումից առաջ թուրքական կողմը շարունակում է քայլեր ձեռնարկել` բանաձևի ընդունումը կանխելու նպատակով: Վկայակոչելով թուրքական T24 լրատվականը, Թուրքիայի Ազգային մեծ ժողովի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովը Բունդեսթագում քննարկվելիք բանաձևը դատապարտող հայտարարություն է հրապարակել, որը ստորագրել են իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում», ընդդիմադիր Հանրապետական ժողովրդական և «Ազգայնական շարժում» կուսակցությունները: Ուշագրավ է, որ քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունն այդ հայտարարության տակ չի ստորագրել:

Կուսակցությունների հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ իրենք խստորեն դատապարտում ու մերժում են «1915 թվականի դեպքերի մասին պատմական իրողությունները խեղաթյուրող բանաձևը»:

Նրանք սպառնացել են, որ նման բանաձևի ընդունումը «կվնասի թուրք-գերմանական եղբայրական և դաշնակցական հարաբերություններին»:

Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին բանաձևի նախագիծը կքննարկվի հունիսի 2-ին:

Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղասպանության բանաձևի ընդունման շուրջ 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 25-ին ծավալված բուռն քննարկումներըքվեարկության չհանգեցրին: Իշխող կոալիցիայի և բանաձևի ընդունումը նախաձեռնած «Դաշինք 90/Կանաչներ» կուսակցությաններկայացուցիչների իրարամերժ դիրքորոշման ու գնահատականների արդյունքում որոշվեց բանաձևը հետ կանչել լրացուցիչ մշակման համար:

Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանը դեռևս 2005 թվականին ընդունել է 1915 թվականին Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի զանգվածային բնաջնջման,էթնիկ զտումների և աքսորի մասին բանաձև, որում սակայն նշված չի եղել «ցեղասպանություն» եզրույթը:

Գերմանիայի դիրքորոշման մեջ շրջադարձ տեղի ունեցավ 2015թ. ապրիլի 20-ին` ԳերմանիայիԴաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերի և կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի խոսնակ Շտեֆան Զայբերթի հայտարարություններից հետո: Իսկ Գերմանիայի Դաշնությաննախագահ Յոահիմ Գաուկն ապրիլի 23-ին Բեռլինի Մայր տաճարում կայանացած Հայոց ցեղասպանության հիշատակի արարողությանն իրելույթում հայերի կոտորածները «ցեղասպանություն» է որակել: 2015 թվականի ապրիլի 24-ին Բունդեսթագում քննարկման դրվեց 1915թվականին Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի Ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող նոր բանաձև: Նիստը բացեց Բունդեսթագի նախագահ ՆորբերթԼամերթը, ով 1915 թվականի Օսմանյան կայսրությունում տեղի ունեցած պատմական դեպքերն անվանեց ցեղասպանություն: Նիստի ընթացքումտարբեր կուսակցական խմբակցությունների ղ եկավարներ ևս հայանպաստ հայտարարություններ արեցին՝ ընդունելով կատարվածը:Սակայնբանաձևի քվերակությունը հետաձգվեց անորոշ ժամանակով:
