Ինչ հաճախականությամբ է պետք լվանալ մազերը

Որոշ մարդկանց համար առավոտյան ցնցուղը և գլխի լվացումը հանդիսանում է օրվա սկզբի անբաժանելի մասնիկը: Սակայն գոյություն ունի տեսակետ, որ մազերի հաճախակի լվացումը բերում է դրանց թուլացմանը:

Բացի այդ, որոշ մասնագետների պնդմամաբ, մազերի հաճախակի լվացումներից դրանք ավելի շուտ են կեղտոտվում: Արդյոք իրականում դա այդպես է:

Կարե՞լի է ամեն օր լվանալ մազերը.

1. Լվացեք այնքան, որքան կարիք կա

Մազերը լվանալու գրաֆիկը անհատական է և յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է ինքը որոշի: Եթե մազերը հավաքում եք և դա ձեզ անհարմարություն չի պատճառում, ապա կարող եք լվանալ 3-4 օրը մեկ անգամ:

Ամենևին կարիք չկա ամեն օր ցնցուղ ընդունելիս լվանալ մազերը:

2. Մազերի ամենօրյա լվացման կանոնները

Մազերի ամենօրյա լվացման դեպքում պետք է մանրակրկիտ ընտրել շամպունը: Այն պետք է համապատասխանի մազերին ձևին  և լինի լավ որակի: Հիշեք, որ ամենօրյա լվացման դեպքում պետք չէ օգտագործել յուղոտ մազերի համար նախատեսված շամպուն: Այն բավականին ագրեսիվ է և պետք չէ շաբաթեկան 2 անգամից ավելի օգտագործել:

Ամեն օր մազերը լվանալու դեպքում օգտագործեք բալզամներ և դիմակներ՝ նրանք պաշտպանում են մազերը արտաքին ներգործություններից՝ սնուցում են ամբողջ երկարությամբ և զերծ են պահում ջրի վատ ազդեցություններից, որը բերում է մազերի չորացման: Ջուրը պետք է լինի գոլ կամ սառը, բայց ոչ տաք:

Տաք ջրով լվանալու դեպքում մազերը ավելի հաճախակի են կեղտոտվում: Նման ազդեցություն է ունենում նաև տաք ֆենը:

Ամենօրյա լվացման դեպքում մանրակրկիտ լվացեք մազարմատները, իսկ մազերի ծայրերը բավական է միայն ցայել:

Չոր մազերը կարելի լվանալ նաև 5 օրը մեկ անգամ:
