ԱՄՆ-ի ընտրողների մեծամասնությունը հիասթափված Է ներկայիս նախագահական ընտրարշավից. հարցում

 Ամերիկացիների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը (70 տոկոսը) հիասթափված Է ներկայիս նախագահական ընտրարշավից եւ միայն 10 տոկոսն Է մեծ վստահություն տածում ԱՄՆ-ում գոյություն ունեցող քաղաքական համակարգի նկատմամբ: Այդ մասին վկայում են  հարցման արդյունքները, որն ա նցկացվել Է Associated Press լրատվական գործակալության եւ Չիկագոյի համալսարանին առընթեր Հասարակական կարծիքի ուսումնասիրման ազգային կենտրոնի (NORC) կողմից:

«Ամերիկացիների 70 տոկոսը հայտարարում Է, որ հիասթափված Է ընթացիկ տարվա նախագահական ընտրարշավից, ընդ որում՝ այս կարծիքը հայտնում են Հանրապետական եւ Դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունների մոտավորապես հավասար թվով կողմնակիցներ,-արձանագրել են հարցման կազմակերպիչները:-Կեսից ավելին (55 տոկոսը) անօգնականության եւ զայրույթի զգացում ունի»:

Ինչպես վկայում են հարցման արդյունքները, ամերիկացիների միայն 10 տոկոսը մեծ վստահություն ունի երկրում գոյություն ունեցող քաղաքական համակարգի նկատմամբ այն դեպքում, երբ 51 տոկոսը միայն որոշ վստահություն Է զգում, իսկ 38 տոկոսը գործնականում չի վստահում նրան: Միայն 13 տոկոսն Է արդյունավետ համարում նախագահական ընտրությունների երկկուսակցական համակարգը, իսկ 38 տոկոսն այն համոզմունքն ունի, որ դրանում լուրջ խնդիրներ կան: Հարցման մասնակիցների մոտավորապես կեսը (49 տոկոսը) կարծիք Է հայտնել, որ նույնիսկ լուրջ խնդիրների առկայությամբ երկկուսակցական համ ակարգը, այնուամենայնիվ, կարող Է աշխատել դրա մեջ փոփոխություններ մտցնելու դեպքում:

Հարցվածների երկու երրորդը՝ 65 տոկոսը, հայտարարել Է, որ իրեն հետաքրքրում Է այս տարվա նախագահական ընտրությունները, մինչդեռ 31 տոկոսը դրանք «ձանձրալի Է» համարում: Միայն յուրաքանչյուր երրորդ դեմոկրատ ընտրողը եւ հանրապետական ընտրողների 17 տոկոսն Է արդար համարում ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահի պաշտոնի համար կուսակցությունների թեկնածուների առաջադրման գործընթացը:

«Հարցման արդյունքները ցույց տվեցին, որ վստահության հսկայական ճգնաժամ կա հիմնական  քաղաքական ինստիտուտների մեծամասնության նկատմամբ այն պահին, երբ երկու կուսակցություններն ակտիվ ջանքեր են գործադրում համընդհանուր ընտրությունների նախաշեմին ընտրողների հետ կապերը կարգավորելու ուղղությամբ»,-նշել Է Associated Press-ը, դրա հետ մեկտեղ նշելով, թե միայն 24 տոկոսն Է հայտարարել, որ մեծ վստահություն ունի Գերագույն դատարանի, 15 տոկոսը՝ գործադիր իշխանության եւ 4 տոկոսը՝ Կոնգրեսի նկատմամբ: 

1060 ընտրողների հարցումն անցկացվել Է մայիսի 12-15-ին, վիճակագրական անճշտության մակարդակը գնահատվում Է 4,1 տոկոս, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
