«Գազմպրոմ»-ն արել է առավելագույնը. ընկերության ղեկավարը` գազի սակագնի 9.3 դրամով էժանացման մասին

 Սպառողների համար բնական գազի սակագնի 9.3 դրամով էժանացումն առավելագույնն է,  որ կարող էր անել «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությունը: Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում հայտնեց ընկերության Վարչության նախագահ-գլխավոր տնօրեն Վարդան Հարությունյանը: «Ընկերությունն առաջարկը ներկայացրել է, և, եթե առաջարկը հիմնավոր չլիներ, այստեղ աշխատում են բանիմաց, գրագետ մարդիկ, մասնագետներ, իհարկե հնարավորություն դեպքում իրենք կփոխեին: Դա մաքսիմալն է, որ կարող էինք անել»,-ասաց Վարդան Հարությունյանը: Անդրադառնալով հարցին, որ սահմանին գազի գինն անհամեմատելիորեն էժան է, քան այն վաճառվում է հայաստանաբնակ սպառողներին, ինչ գործոններ են ազդում սակագնի ձևավորման վրա` ընկերության ղեկավարը նշեց. «Վերջնական սակագինը ձևավորվում է` ՀՀ օրենքներին համահունչ: Բազմաթիվ գործոններ են ազդում դրա վրա` պահպանման, շահագործման ծախսերը, ներդրումները, որոնք պետք է արվեն, որպեսզի վաղը, մյուս օրը հետագա սերունդները ունենան հուսալի գազամատակարարման համակարգ: Գազատրանսպորտային համակարգում ունենք 50 տարվա խողովակներ, դրանք մեր պապերի թողած խողովակներն են, ուզում եք` ոչինչ չանե՞նք, ոչինչ չթողնե՞նք մեզանից հետո»:

Վարդան Հարությունյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ սպառողների համար գազի սակագնի իջեցումը չի ազդի ընկերության շահույթի վրա: «Ընկերության շահույթը չի փոփոխվել, ինչպես եղել է նախկին սակագնով, այդպես էլ մնացել է նույնը»,-հավելեց նա: Ինչ վերաբերում է ներդրումներին, որոնք ընկերությունը պատրաստվում է կատարել, արդյոք դրանք փոփոխության կենթարկվեն, Հարությունյանը թվային տվյալներ չներկայացրեց` նշելով, որ դրա մասին հանրությունը կտեղեկանա ներդրումային ծրագրի հաստատումից հետո: «Մենք հիմա մշակում ենք մինչև 2030 թվականի գազամատակարարման զարգացման գլխավոր հատակագիծը, այն ներկայացվել է կառավարության հաստատմանը: Այդ ծրագիրը հաստատվելու դեպքում կիմանաք, թե որ տարվա կտրվածքով որքան ներդրում է կատարելու ընկերությունը գազմատակարարման ու գազաբաշխման համակարգի վերազինման համար»,-հավելեց պաշտոնյան:

Հնչեց նաև հարց արտադրական հզորությունները մեծացնելու մասին, ինչի առնչությամբ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ի ղեկավարը հայտնեց, որ դրա անհրաժեշտություն միշտ կա: «Եթե ունենանք արտադրական հզորությունների աճ, կունենանք գազի սակագնի նվազում: Քանի որ մեր ծախսերը մնում են հաստատուն, քանակի ավելացումը բերելու է սպառվող գազի ծավալների աճի, հետևաբար`սակագնի նվազման»,-նշեց Վարդան Հարությունյանը: Նա շեշտեց, որ ընկերությունը պատրաստ է աջակցել ու հատուկ վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերել ներդրողներին: «Ընկերությունը պատրաստ է կանգնել ներդրողների կողքին, եթե լինի համապատասխան առաջարկ, որը կբերի գազի ծավալի կտրուկ ավելացման: Հատուկ վերաբերմունք կցուցաբերենք»: Իսկ թե ինչ է նշանակում «հատուկ վերաբերմունք», Վարդան Հարությունյանն ասաց. «Ուրիշ սակագնով գազ կմատակարարենք, եթե կարողանանք մեծ ծավալի գազի սպառում ապահովել, դրանից կօգտվի ոչ միայն արտադրողը, այլև անհատ սպառողը»,-ավելացրեց նա:

ՀԾԿՀ որոշմամբ`գազի սակագինը նվազեց. սպառողը հուլիսի 1-ից 156-ի փոխարեն կվճարի 146.7 դրամ:
