Էրդողանին վիրավորելու հիմնավորմամբ «Միսս Թուրքիա»-ն դատապարտվել է 14 ամսվա ազատազրկման

Մոդել և «Միսս Թուրքիա-2006» տիտղոսը կրող Մերվե Բույուքսարաչը Թուրքիայի ներկայիս նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին` նրա վարչապետության օրոք «վիրավորելու» հիմնավորմամբ դատապարտվել է 14 ամսվա ազատազրկման: Վկայակոչելով թուրքական «Միլլիեթ» պարբերականը, դատարանը որոշել է հետաձգել պատժի կիրառումը. Բույուքսարաչը 14 ամիս չի բանտարկվի, եթե այդ ընթացքում նույն «հանցանքը» չկրկնի:
Իր պաշտպանության ժամանակ դատավորի այն հարցին, թե արդյոք «Միսս Թուրքիա»-ն զղջում է սոցիալական ցանցում իր հրապարակում անելու համար, Բույուքսարաչն ասել է. «Ես զղջում եմ, որ իմ հրապարակումն ընկալվել է որպես վիրավորանք»: Գեղեցկուհին պահանջել է իրեն անմեղ ճանաչել:
Այդուհանդերձ, դատարանը մեղավոր է ճանաչել Բույուքսարաչին՝ «պաշտոնավոր անձին իր պաշտոնի համար հրապարակայնորեն վիրավորելու» գործով` դատապարտելով նրան 1 տարի 2 ամիս և 17 օր ազատազրկման: Ազատազրկումը հետաձգվել է:
Թուրք մոդելի դեմ Էրդողանը դատական հայց էր ներկայացրել այն բանի համար, որ Բույուքսարաչը Instagram-ում հրապարակում էր արել, որտեղ տեղադրել էր սատիրական պոեմ` «Առաջնորդի պոեմ» խորագրով: Պոեմում Էրդողանը քննադատվում էր երկրի պետական օրհներգի ձևափոխված բառերի միջոցով: Հետագայում նա հրապարակումով կիսվել էր Twitter-ում: Բույուքսարաչը հերքել էր իր դեմ ներկայացված մեղադրանքները` ասելով, որ իր հրապարակմամբ չի ցանկացել վիրավորել Էրդողանին:
Մերվե Բույուքսարաչի շուրջ իրարանցումը տեղ էր գտել անգամ միջազգային լրատվամիջոցներում: Բրիտանական The Indepenent պարբերականը գրել էր, որ թուրք մոդելը Թուրքիայում ավտորիտար ռեժիմի պայմաններում հետաքննության ենթարկվող վերջին անուններից է: The Indepenent-ը հիշեցրել էր, որ վերջին տարիների ընթացքում Թուրքիայում մշտապես ճնշումներ են կիրառվում լրատվամիջոցների, մասնավորապես ընդդիմադիր ԶԼՄ-ների նկատմամբ, հետապնդվում են հազարավոր մարդիկ, ովքեր մասնակցում են հակակառավարական միջոցառումներին:
