ԱՄՆ-ը մի կրակոցով երկու նապաստակ է խփում՝ թուլացնում է և′ Ռուսաստանին, և′ Եվրոպային

Եվրոպական շատ երկրներում գնալով մեծանում է դժգոհությունները Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ իրականացվող պատժամիջոցները երկարաձգելու որոշման դեմ: 
Անցյալ շաբաթ Ռիգա կատարած այցելության ժամանակ Գերմանիայի ԱԳ նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը վերջապես խոստովանել է, որ Եվրամիությունում գնալով աճում է դիմադրությունը պատժամիջոցները երկարացնելու նկատմամաբ: «Հիմա այդ հարցում ընդհանուր եզրակացության հասնելը առավել դժվար կլինի, քան մեկ տարի առաջ»,- ասել է նա: Ըստ նրա, Մինսկի համաձայնության գործում ցանկացած առաջընթացի դեպքում փուլառփուլ հարկավոր է թուլացնել պատժամիջոցները:
Դրանից մի փոքր առաջ, գրեթե համանման կարծիք է հայտնել նաև Գերմանիայի Դաշնության էկոնոմիկայի և էներգետիկայի նախարար Զիգմար Գաբրիելը: Նա ասել է. «Մենք բոլորս մեր փորձից գիտենք, որ մեկուսացումը մեծ հեռանկարում գրեթե ոչինչ չի տալիս: Վերջիվերջո օգնում է միայն երկխոսությունը»:
Եվրոպայում վերջապես հասկանում են, որ այդ պատժամիջոցները բումերանգի էֆեկտով հարվածում են նաև իրենց երկրներին: Սակայն, առայժմ պատժամիջոցներին կողմ են Մեծ Բրիտանիան և ԱՄՆ-ը, որոնց տնտեսությունը գրեթե բացարձակ չտուժեց Ռուսաստանի պատասխան գործողություններից: Մինչդեռ ընդհակառակը, եվրոպական մյուս երկրներին՝ հատկապես Գերմանիային և Ֆրանսիային թուլացնելը անգլո-սաքսերի հեռահար նպատակների մեջ է մտնում: Այդպես նրանք ավելի կառավարելի ու «խելոք» կդառնան…Իսկ ԱՄՆ-ը մի կրակոցով երկու նապաստակ է խփում՝ թուլացնում է և′ Ռուսաստանին, և′ Եվրոպային…
