 Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու «Ղ-Տելեկոմ» ՓԲԸ-ի սպասարկման կենտրոնից  բջջային հեռախոս գողացած անձի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «2016 թվականի ապրիլի 28-ին՝ ժամը 14:00-ի սահմաններում, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը Երևան քաղաքի Հյուսիսային պողոտայում գործող «Ղ-Տելեկոմ» ՓԲԸ-ի մասնաճյուղից հափշտակել է «Սամսունգ Ա 310» մոդելի բջջային հեռախոս՝ պատճառելով զգալի չափի գույքային վնաս:

Դեպքի առթիվ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել է «Ղ-Տելեկոմ» ՓԲԸ-ի` նշված մասնաճյուղում տեղադրված  անվտանգության տեսախցիկների՝ տվյալ օրվա տեսագրությունները, որտեղ երևում է, թե ինչպես է մուգ կապույտ բաճկոնով երիտասարդը ցուցափեղկի վրայից վերցնում հեռախոսը:

Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ նախաքննության իրականացումն ապահովելու համար միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսագրության մեջ պատկերված անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Ովքեր ճանաչում են տեսանյութում պատկերված անձին կամ որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրա ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, խնդրում ենք հայտնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին կամ ոստիկանության մոտակա բաժին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություն նապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
