Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության պետությունների ղեկավարները հաստատել են 2016-2017 թվականներին ԵԱՏՄ-ի մակրոտնտեսական քաղաքականության հիմնական կողմնորոշիչները: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:

«Նիստում միության երկրների նախագահները հաստատեցին 2016-2017 թվականներին ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամ պետությունների մակրոտնտեսական քաղաքականության հիմնական կողմնորոշիչները: Փաստաթուղթը հակաճգնաժամային Է, այն որոշում Է առավել կարեւոր կարճաժամկետ ու միջնաժամկետ խնդիրները, որոնք ծառացած են մեր երկրների տնտեսությունների առջեւ»,-ասել Է Սարգսյանը:

Նա պարզաբանել Է, որ «ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն՝ երկրների կողմից իրագործվող միջոցների մոնիթորինգն ընդունվելու Է որպես կողմնորոշիչ, եւ այդ մոնիթորինգն իրականացվելու Է սիստեմատիկաբար»: «Այն թույլ Է տալիս մեզ՝ վեր հանել հիմնական խոցելի տեղերը, ինչպես նաեւ որոշել այն համատեղ միջոցառումները, որոնք մենք պետք Է իրականացնենք, որպեսզի կատարվեն մեր միութենական պայմանագրում ամրագրված սկզբունքները»,-նշել Է Սարգսյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ «ընդհանուր առմամբ, մակրոտնտեսական քաղաքականության շրջանակներում աշխատանքների կոորդինացումը նպատակամղված Է երեք հիմնական նպատակների իրագործմանը, որոնք վերաբերում են գնաճի մակարդակին, բյուջետային դեֆիցիտին եւ պետական արտաքին պարտքին»:

«Մոնիթորինգը, որն իրականացնում Է հանձնաժողովը, թույլ Է տալիս բացահայտել Էական շեղումները նպատակային ցուցանիշներից, որոնք սահմանված են միութենական պայմանագրով: Եվ միաժամանակ մակրոտնտեսական քաղաքականության հիմնական կողմնորոշիչները, որոնք քննարկվել եւ ընդուվել են այսօր, երկրներին հնարավորություն են տալիս վարել փոխհամաձայնեցված քաղաքականություն, որպեսզի նվազագույնի հասցվի հիմնական ցուցանիշների շեղումը նպատակայիններից»,-ընդգծել Է Սարգսյանը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
