Ճապոնիայում չեղարկել են օրենքը, որը կանանց կես տարի արգելում Էր նոր ամուսնություն գրանցել

Ճապոնիայի խորհրդարանի վերին պալատը միաձայն ընդունել Է 1898 թվականի օրենքի փոփոխությունները, որը կնոջն արգելում Էր վերստին ամուսնանալ ամուսնալուծությունից հետո կես տարվա ընթացքում: Պալատի նիստը հեռարձակվել Է Համացանցում:
Օրենքը, որը մշակվել Էր նախանցած դարի վերջին, բայց պահպանել Էր ուժը եւ գործում Էր մեր օրերում, կնոջն արգելում Է վերստին ամուսնանալ ամուսնալուծությունից հետո կես տարվա ընթացքում, ինչը պայմանավորված Էր հայրության շուրջ հնարավոր վեճերից խուսափելու ձգտմամբ, եթե երեխան ծնվի ամուսնալուծությունից հետո վեց ամսվա ընթացքում:
Օրենքի՝ հունիսի 1-ին ընդունված ուղղումները նախատեսում են այդ ժամկետի կրճատում մինչեւ 100 օր այն դեպքում, եթե կինը բժշկի տեղեկանք ներկայացնի այն մասին, որ ինքը հղի չԷ:
Անցալ տարվա դեկտեմբերին Ճապոնիայի Գերագույն դատարանն այդ օրենքը ճանաչել Է Սահմանադրությանը հակասող: Դատարանի որոշումը լայն արձագանք Է առաջացրել հասարակության մեջ, քանի որ արդի պայմաններում օրենքի գործողությունը հաճախ հանգեցնում Էր այն բանին, որ ամուսնալուծությունից մի քանի ամիս հետո ծնված երեխայի հայրը համարվում Էր կնոջ նախկին ամուսինը, իսկ կենսաբանական հայրը հարկադրված Էր լինում որդեգրման ընթացակարգ անցնել, քանի որ ամուսնությունը հնարավոր չԷր գրանցել կնոջ կողմից նախկին միության լուծարումից անմիջապես հետո, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
