Սահմռկեցուցիչ դեպք Երևանի կենտրոնում. Նիվայից դուրս եկած հաստագլուխները դաժան ծեծի են ենթարկել տաքսիստին, ով հիվանդանոցում մահացել է

Քիչ առաջ դաժան դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Չարենցի, Վարդանանց և Նարդոս փողոցների խաչմերուկում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել մի խումբ երիտասարդների միջև, ինչի հետևանքով 1 հոգի տեղափոխվել է «Արամյանց» բժշկական կենտրոն:
Հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված տղամարդը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է: Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 1-ին սպայական գումարտակի 5-րդ դասակի աշխատակիցները՝ իսկ ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից տեղեկությունը շտապ փոխանցել են ոստիկանության Կենտրոնականի բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է օպերատիվ խումբը:
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանությունից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոնական քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը:
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նշված խաչմերուկում հայտնաբերել են Վազ 2121 մակնիշի 10 XX 099 համարանիշի և տաքսի 34 ZV 973 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենաները, իսկ տաքսու մոտ հայտնաբերվել են արյան հետքեր, փայտե ձող (բիտա): Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածներն ասում էին, որ պատճառը եղել է «մի կաթիլ մեղրի պատմություն», և Նիվայի միջից ինչ-որ հաստագլուխներ դուրս են եկել ու դաժան հաշվեհարդար տեսել տաքսիստի հետ:
Այս պահին դեպքի վայրում աշխատում են Կենտրոնական քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչներ Վարդան Բադալյանն ու Վլադիմիր Ասատրյանը: Փաստի առթիվ քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր.-ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (սպանություն) հատկանիշներով:
