Հայաստանն ու Հյուսիսային Կորեան կդառնա՞ն մեկ ընդհանուր պետություն

Ռուսաստանի Ռազմավարական զարգացման ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Անդրանիկ Նիկողոսյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ կանխատեսելով, որ ոչ շատ հեռու ապագայում Հայաստանը մտնելու է Ռուսաստանի կազմի մեջ:
«Ռուսաստանը պետք է ձևավորի կայսրություն, որովհետև Դաշնությունը Ռուսաստանի համար շատ փոքր է և նախկին խորհրդային պետությունները պետք է համախմբվեն Ռուսաստանի հետ: Հայաստանը չի կարող դուրս մնալ տեղի ունեցող վտանգավոր զարգացումներից և որևէ անհատ չէ, որ պետք է որոշի, թե որ դաշնության կազմում լինի Հայաստանը, դա պետք է որոշի հայ ժողովուրդը` հանրաքվեի միջոցով: Ես համոզված եմ, որ դա սարերի հետևում չի և Հայաստանը ձայների բացարձակ մեծամասնությամբ կմտնի Ռուսաստանի կազմի մեջ, եթե Ռուսաստանը դեմ չլինի: Այդ դեպքում Հայաստանի սահմանները, փաստորեն, կդառնան ատոմային գերտերության սահմաններ»,- ասվում է Նիկողոսյանի տարածած հայտարարությունում:
Նիկողոսյանի հայտարարությունը, անշուշտ, աշխարհացունց է նոր աշխարհաքաղաքական հորիզոններ նվաճելու իմաստով, սակայն նեղ է և չի ընդգրկում հնարավոր նվաճումների ամբողջական սպեկտրը: Ըստ Նիկողոսյանի` Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը միանալու դեպքում Հայաստանի սահմանները կդառնան ատոմային գերտերության սահմաններ: Անշուշտ, կարելի է միավորվել Հյուսիսային Կորեայի հետ և մաս կազմել հերոսական ժողովրդին և դառնալ միջուկային գերտերություն, միավորվել Իրանի հետ և ուրան զարգացնել, դաշնություն կազմել Նյու Յորքի նահանգի հետ և ունենալ ամենամեծ համախառն ներքին արդյունքն աշխարհում և, վերջապես, միավորվել Ուկրաինայի հետ և մերկապարուհիների հետ տժժալ հարազատավարի...
