Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին բանաձեւի հնարավոր ընդունումը չպետք Է հանգեցնի Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների երկարաժամկետ վատացման: Այս մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հունիսի 1-ին Բեռլինում կայացած ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել Է Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարտին Շեֆերը:

«Կարող եմ ասել, որ ես ակնկալում եմ եւ հուսով եմ, որ որոշումները, որոնք, հնարավոր Է, վաղը կընդունվեն Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի կողմից, չեն հանգեցնի Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների երկարաժամկետ վատացման», ասել է նա:

Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին բանաձևի նախագիծը կքննարկվի հունիսի 2-ին: Բանաձևն ունի «1915 և 1916 թվականներին հայերի և մյուս քրիստոնյա փոքրամասնությունների ցեղասպանության և գիշատակի մասին» անվանումը:

Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանը դեռևս 2005 թվականին ընդունել է 1915 թվականին Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի զանգվածային բնաջնջման, էթնիկ զտումների և աքսորի մասին բանաձև, որում սակայն նշված չի եղել «ցեղասպանություն» եզրույթը: Գերմանիայի դիրքորոշման մեջ շրջադարձ տեղի ունեցավ 2015թ. ապրիլի 20-ին` ԳերմանիայիԴաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերի և կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի խոսնակ Շտեֆան Զայբերթի հայտարարություններից հետո: Իսկ Գերմանիայի Դաշնության նախագահ Յոահիմ Գաուկն ապրիլի 23-ին Բեռլինի Մայր տաճարում կայանացած Հայոց ցեղասպանության հիշատակի արարողությանն իր ելույթում հայերի կոտորածները «ցեղասպանություն» է որակել: 2015 թվականի ապրիլի 24-ին Բունդեսթագում քննարկման դրվեց 1915 թվականին Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի Ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող նոր բանաձև: Նիստը բացեց Բունդեսթագի նախագահ Նորբերթ Լամերթը, ով 1915 թվականի Օսմանյան կայսրությունում տեղի ունեցած պատմական դեպքերն անվանեց ցեղասպանություն: Նիստի ընթացքում տարբեր կուսակցական խմբակցությունների ղեկավարներ ևս հայանպաստ հայտարարություններ արեցին՝ ընդունելով կատարվածը:Սակայն բանաձևի քվերա կությունը հետաձգվեց անորոշ ժամանակով:

Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղասպանության բանաձևի ընդունման շուրջ 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 25-ին ծավալված բուռն քննարկումները քվեարկության չհանգեցրին: Իշխող կոալիցիայի և բանաձևի ընդունումը նախաձեռնած «Դաշինք 90/Կանաչներ» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչների իրարամերժ դիրքորոշման ու գնահատականների արդյունքում որոշվեց բանաձևը հետ կանչել լրացուցիչ մշակման համար:
