ՀՀ ԱԳ փոխնախարարը կոչ է արել խստագույնս դատապարտել բռնի ծայրահեղականությունը պետությունների նպատակներին ծառայեցնելու փորձերը

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մայիսի 31-ից հունիսի 1-ը Բեռլինում մասնակցել է ԵԱՀԿ գերմանական նախագահության շրջանակներում կազմակերպված «Բռնի ծայրահեղականության և արմատականության կանխարգելում և հակազդում» խորագրով հակաահաբեկչական համաժողովին: Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին ԵԱՀԿ մասնակից և գործընկեր երկրների բազմաթիվ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ: Բացման խոսքով հանդես են եկել ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Գերմանիայի ԱԳ նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերը և Գերմանիայի ներքին գործերի նախարար Թոմաս դե Մեզիերը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Փոխնախարար Հովակիմյանն իր ելույթի սկզբում նշեց, որ Հայաստանը ԵԱՀԿ շրջանակներում առաջինն էր, որ դատապարտեց «Իսլամական պետության» և «Ալ-Նուսրայի» կող մից Իրաքում եզդիների և Դեյր-Զորում ու Քեսաբում հայերի դեմ իրականացված ոճրագործությունները: Նրա խոսքով՝ անհրաժեշտ է առավել մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնել ատելության հողի վրա իրականացված հանցագործությունների կանխարգելմանը, քանի որ դրանք բռնի ծայրահեղականությունն անմիջականորեն կապում են ահաբեկչության հետ:
Ըստ փոխնախարար Հովակիմյանի՝ առկա հակամարտությունները պարարտ հող են ստեղծում բռնի ծայրահեղականության համար, հատկապես այն պարագայում, երբ պետական իշխանություններն այդ հակամարտությունները օգտագործում են մարդու իրավունքները սահմանափակելու և հակամարտության կողմերի նկատմամբ ատելություն սերմանելու նպատակով: ԱԳ փոխնախարարը ընդգծեց, որ, ցավոք, մեր տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցած վերջին իրադարձությունները միայն եկան հաստատելու հայկական կողմի մտահոգությունը, երբ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը, կրկնօրինակելով Սաֆարովի և «ԴԱԻՇ»-ի գործելաոճÕ ¨, գլխատում և խոշտանգում էին ոչ միայն զինվորականներին, այլև` խաղաղ բնակչությանը, այդ թվում՝ նաև ծերերին և կանանց։ Այդ ոճրագործություններն իրականացնողները ոչ միայն չդատապարտվեցին, այլև պարգևատրվեցին Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կողմից:
Ամփոփելով իր ելույթը` փոխնախարար Հովակիմյանը շեշտեց, որ պետությունների՝ բռնի ծայրահեղականությունը և ահաբեկչությունը իրենց նպատակներին ծառայեցնելու ցանկացած փորձ պետք է խստագույնս դատապարտվի։
