«Ապրիլյան քառօրյայի ընթացքում ծառայություն իրականացրած պայմանագրային զինծառայողներից շատերը պատշաճ վարձատրություն չեն ստացել։ Բանն այն Է, որ կառավարությունում ՊՆ-ի և սոցապնախարարության պատասխանատուների համատեղ քննարկման արդյունքում որոշվել է այդ օրերին ծառայություն իրականացրած պայմանագրայինների վարձատրությունը կրկնապատկել՝ 1 օրվա համար վճարել 2 օրվա աշխատավարձ։ Հանձնարարվել Է աշխատանքի և սոցհարցերի նախարարությանը կատարել հաշվարկներ, սակայն, մեր տեղեկություններով, ոչ բոլորին են այդ սկզբունքով վարձատրել։ Պայմանագրայիններն ամսական 120-150 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ են ստանում և աշխատում 15 օրը մեկ հերթափոխով։ Այսինքն՝ 4 օրվա հավելավճարը մոտ 30-40 հազար
դրամ Է կազմում։

ՊՆ մամլո խոսնակը, մեր տեղեկությունը պարզաբանելով, նախ ասաց. «Ներկայումս քննարկումներ են ընթանում, որպեսզի ՀՀ-ում և ԼՂՀ-ում համապատասխան օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններով, առաջարկով հանդես գան, որպեսզի թե այդ օրերի հաշվարկը, թե ֆինանսական փոխհատուցումները, թե արտոնություններ տրամադրելու մասով շատ հնարավոր են նորանոր բաներ»։ Այսինքն՝ ապրիլյան քառօրյային ծառայություն իրականացրածներից որևէ մեկը չի ստացել կրկնավճար և չի՝ ստանալու, մինչև օրենսդրական համապատասխան փոփոխությունները։ «Ոչ, ոչ, արդեն եղել է, թե հիմա ինչ ընթացակարգով է եղել, ես այս պահին չեմ կարող ասել, բայց բոլորն էլ կողմնակից են, որ իրենց հատկացումներն ընդլայնվեն»»,–գրում է թերթը։
