Ադրբեջանում Արցախի հարցի լուծումը տեսնում են միայն երկրի ղեկավարների մեջ

Ադրբեջան պետության հիմնական խնդիրը այն է, որ նրանք Արցախի հարցի լուծումը տեսնում են միայն երկրի ղեկավարների մեջ: Նրանք ամեն կերպ փորձում են Ալիևին ներկայացնել , որպես ժողովրդի կողմից ընդունված ու սիրված նախագահ, որ իբր Ալիևի խոսքը անցնում է իր պետության մեջ և նա ավելի մեծ շանսեր ունի հաղթելու , քան Հայաստանը, քանի որ Սարգսյանին ներկայացնում են ավելի թույլ նախագահ, ներկայացնում են , որ Հայաստանում ընդիմությունը ավելի ուժեղ է և Սարգսյանի խոսքը չի անցնում երկրում : Այս ամենը ցուցադրելու համար ջանք ու եռանդ չեն խնայում, հիմա ավելի են կատարելագործվել , եթե այն ժամանակ մի քանի ռուս քաղաքագետների էին գտնում ու խոսացնում , ապա հիմա գտել են The Washington Post պարբերականի ինչ-որ հոդվածի հեղինակի՝ Նինա Կասպերսենին, ու մի թերթ հոդված են գրել փառաբանելով իրենց երկրի ղեկավարին:
Ադրբեջանը այդպես էլ չի ցանկանում հասկանալ , որ Արցախի հարցը Ալիևի ու Սարգսյանի անձնական խնդիրը չէ: Արցախի հարցին լուծում տվողը հայ ու ադրբեջանցի ժողովուրդն է: Ժողովրդի կողմից տված լուծումը արդեն 25 տարի է բոլորս տեսնում ենք, կարիք չկա շարունակել սեփական ժողովրդի աչքերին թող փչել ու հերոս նախագահի ֆուտլյար ձևավորել: Մենք մերը լավ գիտենք, իրենք իրենցը, բայց այս հարցը ղեկավարները չեն լուծում , ղեկավարները կփոխվեն , կգան նորերը, բայց ժողովուրդներն են մնալու սահմանին կանգնած: Այս հարցում երկու երկրների ղեկավարները առաջնորդվում են միայն ժողովրդի կամքով:
Երկրու երկրների ղեկավարներին էլ լավ գիտենք ու պետք չի այս հարցը դարձնել նրանց անձնականը: Արցախը ոչ Սարգսյանի սեփականությունն է , որ ուզի տա, չուզի չտա, ոչ էլ Ալիևինն էլ , որ ուզի վերցնի , չուզի չվերցնի:
