Բաժանմունքի պետը կասկածվում է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի կաշառք ստանալու մեջ

ՀՀ ՊՆ զինկոմիսարիատի 2-րդ բաժանմունքի պետ, փոխգնդապետ Շ.Ավետիսյանը ձերբակալվել է` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, այն է՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու կասկածանքով։ Քրեական գործով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության ՀԿԳ քննության վարչությունում։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանությունում հունիսի 1-ին քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ որդու պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայության մեկնելու հարցերով 2016թ. մայիսի սկզբներին գնացել է զինկոմիսարիատ, որտեղ նույն զինկոմիսարիատի 2-րդ բաժանմունքի պետը պահանջել է 12 հազար դոլար կաշառք՝ որդուն 3 տարի ժամկետով տարկետման տրամադրումը կազմակերպելու համար։
Հաղորդման հիման վրա հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ հաղորդման մեջ մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու համար։ Իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շրջանակներում պահանջված գումարի մի մասը՝ նախապես մշակված 5.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարը, հունիսի 1-ին տրվել է քաղաքացուն, ինչը վերջինս նույն օրը երեկոյան փոխանցել է բաժանմունքի պետին՝ պայմանավորված վայրում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ։
Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով Շ.Ավետիսյանի ավտոմեքենայում իրականացված խուզարկության ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է կաշառքի առարկա հանդիսացող 5.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարը: Շ.Ավետիսյանը ձերբակալվել է և հարցաքննվել։
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ զորակոչի տարիքի հասած երիտասարդն ունեցել է առողջական խնդիրներ՝ հարթաթաթություն և նյարդային խանգարում։
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
