Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագն ընդունեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման բանաձևը

Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագն ընդունեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման բանաձևը, որն ունի «1915 թ. հայերի և մյուս քրիստոնյա փոքրամասնությունների ցեղասպանության հիշատակի և ոգեկոչման մասին» անվանումը: Բանաձևն ընդունվեց ունենալով ընդամենը մեկ դեմ, մեկ ձեռնպահ ձայն: 

Ելույթ ունեցողները միաձայն ընդգծում էին անցյալի հետ առերեսման անհրաժեշտությունը, նաև` Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հաշտեցման գործընթացին նպաստելու մղումները:

Բունդեսթագում բարձրաձայնվել է Օսմանյան Թուրքիայի ոճրագործության մասին` նշելով, որ Գերմանիայի քայլը ոչ թե հայց է և մեղադրանք, այլ խոնարհում զոհերի հիշատակի առջև:   

Բունդեսթագի նախագահ Նորբերտ Լամերտը հայտարարել է խիզախության դրսևորման և անցյալի մութ էջերի հետ առերեսվելու անհրաժեշտության մասին: «Անցյալի հետ առերեսումը մեզ համար կարող է ցավոտ լինել, սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ կարող է լինել ազնիվ և ինքնաքննադատական մոտեցում սեփական անցյալի նկատմամբ: Դա կարևոր է այլ պետությունների հետ հարաբերությունների կառուցման տեսանկյունից, որի համար պետք է խիզախություն` փոխըմբռնման և հաշտեցման հասնելու համար»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասել է Լամերտը:

Բանաձևը համատեղ կազմել և ներկայացրել են իշխող կոալիցիայի մաս կասմող Քրսիտոնեա-դեմոկրատական միություն (CDU) և Քրիստոնեական-սոցիալական միություն (CSU), Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական (SDP) և ընդդիմադիր Կանաչների կուսակցությունները:

Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանը դեռևս 2005 թվականին ընդունել է 1915 թվականին Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի զանգվածային բնաջնջման,էթնիկ զտումների և աքսորի մասին բանաձև, որում սակայն նշված չի եղել «ցեղասպանություն» եզրույթը:

Գերմանիայի դիրքորոշման մեջ շրջադարձ տեղի ունեցավ 2015թ. ապրիլի 20-ին` ԳերմանիայիԴաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերի և կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի խոսնակ Շտեֆան Զայբերթի հայտարարություններից հետո: Իսկ Գերմանիայի Դաշնությաննախագահ Յոահիմ Գաուկն ապրիլի 23-ին Բեռլինի Մայր տաճարում կայանացած Հայոց ցեղասպանության հիշատակի արարողությանն իրելույթում հայերի կոտորածները «ցեղասպանություն» է որակել: 2015 թվականի ապրիլի 24-ին Բունդեսթագում քննարկման դրվեց 1915թվականին Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի Ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող նոր բանաձև: Նիստը բացեց Բունդեսթագի նախագահ ՆորբերթԼամերթը, ով 1915 թվականի Օսմանյան կայսրությունում տեղի ունեցած պատմական դեպքերն անվանեց ցեղասպանություն: Նիստի ընթացքումտարբեր կուսակցական խմբակցությունների ղեկավարներ ևս հայանպաստ հայտարարություններ արեցին՝ ընդունելով կատարվածը:Սակայնբանաձևի քվերակությունը հետաձգվեց անորոշ ժամանակո վ:
