Հայոց ցեղասպանության դատապարտումը խոնարհում է զոհերի առաջ. Բունդեսթագի պատգամավոր

Օսմանյան Կայսրությունում 101 տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունները մարդկության դեմ ամենածանր հանցագործություններից է: Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող և դատապարտող բանաձևի քննարկման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց Գերմանիայի սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական խմբակցության անդամ Դիետմար Նիետանը: «Այն ժամանակ Օսմանյան Թուրքիայի կառավարության դաշնակիցն էլ աչք է փակել այդ ամենի վրա: Ես խոսում եմ Գերմանիայի մասին: Բազմաթիվ երեխաներ, կանայք ու տղամարդիկ գիշերով հանվել են իրենց տներից ու բռնի քշվել անապատ: Իսկ ճանապարհին ավազակային խմբերին թույլ է տրվել հարձակվել և խլել այն փոքր ունեցվածքը, որ այդ մարդիկ հասցրել էին վերցնել իրենց հետ: Դա այն ժամանակվա Օսմանյան Կայսրության առաջնորդների քաղաքականությունն էր, որի նպատակն էր հայերի, ինչպես նաև հույների և ասորիների տեղահանումն ու ոչնչացումը»,-ասաց պատգամավորը:
Պատգամավորը հստակեցրեց, որ իրենք դատարանում չեն գտնվում, այլ Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանում: «Ոչ մեկ դատապարտյալի աթոռին նստած չէ՝ ոչ Գերմանիայի և Թուրքիայի կառավարությունները, ոչ էլ Թուրքիայի ժողովուրդը, որի հետ մենք ունենք բարեկամական կապեր: Սա ոչ թե մեղադրանք է, այլ խոնարհում ցեղասպանության զոհերի առջև: Մեր երկիրը ժամանակին աչք է փակել այդ վայրագությունների վրա, այսօր մենք ցանկանում ենք մեր խոնարհումը տալ անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակին: Դրա համար հարկավոր է ճիշտ բառերով ասել, թե ինչ է տեղի ունեցել Օսմանյան Կայսրությունում 101 տարի առաջ: Այս հատակության չափազանց երկար են սպասել այդ զոհերի ժառանգները»,- ընդգծեց Նիետանը:
Նա գործընկերներին կոչ արեց չմտածել, որ, արտասանելով ցեղասպանություն բառը, վիրավորում են թուրք ժողովրդին: «Պայքարեք նրա համար, որ կարողանաք այդ բառը հնչեցնել, որովհետև դա պատասխանատվության հասնելու միակ ուղին է: Թուրքիայի երիտասարդներն արդեն ավելի շատ են խոսում այս թեմայի մասին, ինչը հայ և թուրք ժողովուրդների հաշտեցման նոր հույսեր է տալիս»,- եզրափակեց պատգամավորը:
Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագը հունիսի 2-ին ընդունեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման բանաձևը, որն ունի «1915 թ. հայերի և մյուս քրիստոնյափոքրամասնությունների ցեղասպանության հիշատակի և ոգեկոչման մասին» անվանումը: Բանաձևն ընդունվեց ունենալով ընդամենը մեկ դեմ, մեկձեռնպահ ձայն: Ելույթ ունեցողները միաձայն ընդգծում էին անցյալի հետ առերեսման անհրաժեշտությունը, նաև` Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայիհաշտեցման գործընթացին նպաստելու մղումները:Բունդեսթագում բարձրաձայնվել է Օսմանյան Թուրքիայի ոճրագործության մասին` նշելով, որԳերմանիայի քայլը ոչ թե հայց է և մեղադրանք, այլ խոնարհում զոհերի հիշատակի առջև:
