Նժեդհի արձանի շուրջ Ռուսաստանում բարձրացած հիստերիայի արմատները

Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Կտրվում եմ սեփական դիրքորոշումիցս ու հարցի սուբյեկտիվ ընկալումից ու հիմա քննարկում եմ Նժդեհի արձանի տեղադրման շուրջ բարձրացած աղմուկը՝ Ռուսաստանի ու ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի մեդիա դաշտում։
Իհարկե, այդ աղմուկի հրահրողների ծագումնաբանությունը հայտնի է․ նրանք բոլորն էլ մեկ մարդու պես Ադրբեջանի վաստակաշատ լոբբիստներ են, բայց նրանց քարոզչությունը պարարտ հողի վրա է ընկնում։ Ինչո՞ւմ է կայանում աղմուկի էությունը։
Եթե կտրվենք սենտիմենտներից ու մեր քարոզչական կլիշեներից ու խոսենք չոր փաստերով, ապա Հայաստանին մեղադրում են նրանում, որ Երևանի կենտրոնում կանգնեցրել են մի մարդու արձան, ով եղել է Նացիստական գերմանիայի կոլոբորոցիոնիստական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչ, կրել է SS-ի գեներալական ուսադիրներ և հանդիսացել է SS-ի կազմում մարտնչող Հայկական Լեգիոնի հրամանատրներներից մեկը։
Սա իհարկե չոր փաստերն են, որոնք կոնտեքստից դուրս շատ միանշանակ են ընկալվում միջին վիճակագրական սպառողի կողմից, եթե այդ սպառողը հայ չէ։ Ու ասելով միանշանակ է ընկալվում՝ ի նկատի ունեմ, որ միանշանակ վատ է ընկալվում։
Սակայն կա նաև հարցի մյուս կողմը։ Նույն այդ հակասական կերպարի անունը կրող հրապարակ էլ ունենք, գերատեսչական մեդալ էլ ունենք, բայց դրա շուրջ աղմուկ չի բարձրացվել։ Չի բարձրացել, որովհետև համապատասխան պատվեր չի եղել, հարցն էլ առանձնակի ակտուալություն չի ունեցել ռուսական քարոզչամեքենայի համար։
Իրականում խնդիրն այդ չարաբաստիկ արձանը չէր, որը, ինչպես հետագայում պարզվեց, Պետերբուրգում սովորած քանդակագործի մուսաները կասկածելիորեն Պետրոս Մեծի նմանություն էին տվել։ Հարցն անգամ մեր սիմվոլների ընտրության մեջ չէ։ Հարցը մեր իսկ կողմից՝ մեր իսկ պատմության տարբեր փուլերի ընկալման ճգնաժամն է ու հստակ մոտեցման բացակայությունը։
Ու դա ավելի վտանգավոր է, քան ադրբեջական լոբբիստների բոլոր ջանքերն ու ռուսական քարոզչամեքենայի բոլոր պիտակները։ Երբ գրեթե միաժամանակ բացում ես Կարմիր բանակի մարշալ Բաբաջանյանի ու Հիտլերի SS-ի գեներալ Նժդեհի արձանները, ովքեր իրար դեմ էին կռվում ու չես տալիս սպառիչ պատասխան ու պետական դիրքորոշում, ապա դա բերում է ազգային ինքագիտակցության ճգնաժամի։ Այ սա է խնդիրը։
