Ամուսնական առաջին գիշերը շատ հուզիչ ու հիշվող իրադարձություն է։ Ընհանուր առմամբ արդեն խոսել ենք, թե ինչու է առաջին անգամը շատ կարեւոր եւ ինչպես դրսեւորվել։ Այս թեմայի ավարտին կպատմենք առաջին գիշերվա որոշակի կանոնների մասին։ Իսկ թե ինչպես դրսեւորվել՝ առաջին գիշերը լավ իմաստով երկար հիշելու համար NEWS.am STYLE -ի թղթակցին պատմել է սեռաբան Վրեժ Շահրամանյանը.
«Առաջին ամուսնական գիշերվա «հերոսների» համար մի քանի կանոն կա.
1. Ոչ մի ալկոհոլ։ Այն նվազեցնում է զգայնությունն ու ազդում վարքի վրա։
2. Կույս աղջկա հետ սեռական ակտը կարելի է սկսել միայն երկար նախերգանքից հետո։ Այն յուրատեսակ «թմրեցում» է։ Որքան հաջող կլինի նախերգանքը, այնքան ավելի քիչ ցավ կպատճառեք աղջկան։ Թեեւ լավագույն «ցավազրկողն», իհարկե օրգազմն է։ Կույս աղջիկների մեծ մասն առաջին անգամ կարող է միայն կլիտորալ օրգազմ զգալ, այնպես որ, ձեր ուշադրությունը պետք է ուղղված լինի հենց դրան։ Եթե առաջին սեռական փորձն աղջկա մոտ զուգորդվի օրգազմի հետ, դա երջանիկ սեռական հարաբերությունների երաշխիք կլինի։
3. Կուսությունից զրկել կարելի է միայն այն դեպքում, երբ զգում եք, որ աղջիկը պատրաստ է դրան եւ թուլացած։ Դա պետք է անել արագ, բայց ոչ մի դեպքում՝ կտրուկ շարժումով։
4. Հետեւեք, որ աղջկա ծնկները ծալված լինեն։ Ուղղված ոտքերի դեպքում գործընթացը ցավոտ կլինի։
5. Մի խնայեք մեղմ խոսքերը։ Դրանից աղջիկը կթուլանա, ինչն էլ առաջին սեռական փորձի լավ երաշխիք կլինի։
6. Պետք է գործել հանգիստ եւ վստահ։ Կասկածն ու շտապողականությունն աղջկա համար այդ գիշերն իսկական տանջանքի կվերածի։ Իսկ դա սեռական նեւրոզների մի ամբողջ փունջի սպառնալիք է։
7. Եվ վերջինը։ Սեռական ակտն ավարտելուց հետո մի շրջվեք կողքի ու խռացրեք։ Հենց այդ պահին աղջինկ ֆիզիկապես ձեր քնքշությանն եւ ուշադրության կարիքն ունի։ Նուրբ խոսքերն ու համբույրները միայն ողջունելի են, իսկ այդ հիշարժան իրադարձության կապակցությամբ անկողնում անմիջապես հետո փոքրիկ ընթրիք կազմակերպելը կատարյալ կլիներ։
Եվ մի մոռացեք, որ թեեւ ամուսնական առաջին գիշերը տարբերվում է մյուսներից, սակայն սեռական հարաբերություններում տոնն ու բազմազանությունը հետագայում էլ են պետք, քանի որ դրանում է երջանիկ ընտանեկան հարաբերությունների գաղտնիքը»։
