Արդեն ստացվում են առաջին արձագանքները Բունդեսթագի վերջին որոշման կապակցությամբ: Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ բանաձեւի ընդունումը ժողովրդավարական մշակույթը գործողության մեջ տեսնելու օրինակ է: Այս մասին, հունիսի 2-ին, հայտարարել է Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը: ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Սթոլթենբերգի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսի ժամանակ Մերկելը նշել է. «Երբ դուք այնքան էլ համաձայն չեք ձեր գործընկերների հետ եւ որոշ հարցերում տարաձայնություններ ունեք, դա նույնպես ժողովրդավարական մշակույթի մի մասն է»: <<Թուրքիան մեր դաշնակիցն է, իսկ Հայաստանը մեր արժեքավոր գործընկերը>>:,-նման տեսակետ էլ հնչեցրել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Սթոլթենբերգը՝ անդրադառնալով Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչելու վերաբերյալ ընդունված բանաձեւին: Նա նկատել է, որ այս քվեարկությունը ՆԱՏՕ-ի ներգրավվածության շրջանակում չէ, ինչպես նաև կարևորել հակամարտությունների կանխարգելմանը եւ լարվածության նվազեցմանն ուղղված ջանքերը: Բունդեսթագի որոշմանն արձագանքել է նաև Թուրքիայի նախագահը. <<Որպես առաջին քայլ Գերմանիայում մեր դեսպանին հետ կանչելն է։ Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանի ընդունած որոշումը լրջորեն կազդի Գերմանիայի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունների վրա>>,-հայտարարել է Քենիայում գտնվող Էրդողանը:
