1. Պատճառը գտնել
Առաջին միջոցն ամենաարագն է: Այն թույլ է տալիս վերջ դնել երկրորդ կեսի նկատմամբ զգացմունքներին կամ ստուգել դրանք, կախված, թե արդյունքն ինչ կլինի: Միջոցը հետեւյալն է: Մի քանի պատճառ նշեք (արագ, առանց մտորելու) ինչի համար սիրում եք ձեր զուգընկերոջը:

3. Բարկությամբ ստուգելու մեթոդ
Երբ դուք չարանում եք տղամարդու վրա, ջղայնությանը զուգահեռ ի՞ նչ եք զգում: Եթե, չնայած չարությանը, դուք այնուամենայնիվ ուզում եք լինել այդ մարդու հետ եւ արագ հաշտվել նրա հետ եւ չեք կարող երկար վիրավորվել զուգընկերոջից, դա սեր է: Իսկ եթե ձեր մտքով անցնում է՝ «Հավանաբար նա ինձ հարմար չէ», ուրեմն հենց այդպես էլ կա:
4. Հույզեր, թե զգացմունքներ
Կարեւոր է որոշել մարդու նկատմամբ հակման բնույթը: Հույզերը կարճաժամկետ են, իսկ զգացմունքները մշտապես ներկա են: Այսինքն կիրքն արագ անցնում է, իսկ հոգեկան մտերմությունը մնում է, չնայած ամեն ինչին: Նշանակալի է այն, որ նույնիսկ բաժանումից հետո դուք կարող եք մարդու նկատմամբ սեր զգալ:
5. Դերերի փոփոխություն
Վաստակող տղամարդը եւ օջախի պահապան կինը կարող են երբեմն փոխել իրենց դերերը` որոշակի, իրենցից անկախ հանգամանքների բերումով: Դրանցից մեկը զուգընկերոջ հիվանդությունն է: Դուք ի վիճակի կլինեի՞ք ստանձնել «կերակրողի» դերը` միաժամանակ հոգ տանելով տղամարդուն, նրան օգնելով վերադառնալ կյանքի սովորական ընթացքին: Շատերը պատրաստ չեն դրան: Այդ պատճառով 18-ից 50 տարեկան զույգերի 35 տոկոսը բաժանվում են ֆինանսական լուրջ խնդիրների առաջացման դեպքում:
