Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Նախօրեին Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագն ընդունեց Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը դատապարտող բանաձևը: Դեմ է քվեարկել միայն մեկ պատգամավոր, ևս մեկը՝ ձեռնպահ:
Օրինագիծը խորհրդարան էր ներկայացրել իշխող խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունը՝ Քրսիտոնեա-դեմոկրատական միություն (CDU) և Քրիստոնեական-սոցիալական միություն (CSU), Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական (SDP) և ընդդիմադիր Կանաչների կուսակցությունները:
Բանաձևում նշվում է, որ Գերմանիայի կառավարությունը ճանաչում է պատասխանատվության իր մասնաբաժինն այդ պատմական իրադարձությունների համար, 1915-ի ողբերգական իրադարձությունները՝ հայերի տեղահանություններն ու սպանությունները կոչում է «ցեղասպանություն»:
Ուրախանալն ու Գերմանիային երախտագիտություն հայտնելն այս պահին ոչ այդքան կարևոր ու մակերեսային է: Եթե հարցին նայենք ռեալ պատմական տեսանկյունից, ապա այս քայլով Գերմանիայում ավելի շատ սկսվել է ինքնամաքրման ու ինքնագնահատման գործընթաց:
Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, թե գերմանական հասարակության մեջ ինչ հատված է կազմում թուրք բնակչությունը, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ այս ժեստով Գերմանական կառավարությունը լուծում է նաև ներպետական բավականին լուրջ խնդիր: Եթե փաստենք, թե այսօր ինչպիսի գերբարդ իրավիճակ է ողջ Եվրոպայում՝ կապված փախստականների և մասսայական ներգաղթի հետ, կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ նման քայով նրանք փորձում են կանխել թուրքական միգրացիան: Պաշտոնական տվյալներով Եվրոպայի բնակչության մոտ 30 տոկոսը մահմեդական է: Ներգաղթյալները հիմնականում ապրում են փակ համակարգերում, գրեթե ամբողջությամբ չեն ինտեգրվում լայն հասարակական հատվածում, և սեփական արժեհամակարգերն են դավանում, դրանով իսկ դառնալով ողջ Եվրոպայի գլխին կախված ահագնացող չարիք:
